Construction of Concrete platforms with concrete approach road at EHT store, OPTCL, Banarapal.

Clearing heavy jungles including uprooting stumps of trees and trees above 1m girth and thick bushes including bamboo premeasurement.

Supplying all labour with t & P required for lifting and removing structural members from site by using 3 tonnes cranes / hydra/ any other lifting machines including cost taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Rolling & compacting to Sub-grade or formation loosening by cutting earth of all types including watering and rolling by PRR as per specification etc complete including cost of all materials, labours, T&P reqd. etc. complete.

Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with stone screened dust including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded granular sub-base Grading -lll material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface ,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC etc complete.

Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

First class brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in F & P using fly ash bricks of size (23 X 11 X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

CC (1:1.5:3) M20 grade in road having a minimum compressive strength 20N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 ) using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips ( 20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days excluding centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer - in – charge.
