Supply, installation, configuration, integration with existing system, testing & commissioning of the following active Components as per specifications enclosed including mounting in existing 19" rack with all hardware, software, accessories and integration with the LAN all as per standards, specifications, drawings and instructions of E-I-C. Note: 1. All ethernet ports shall be equipped with RJ-45 sockets unless otherwise specified. 2. No end user certificate shall be issued. 3. All switches shall be with cable manager. 4. Scope also includes supply of power cords as required. 5. Scope also includes integration of existing servers / routers / switches / firewalls etc and services if required without any additional cost. 6. All the devices shall be 19" rack mountable.

28 port manageable Layer 2 Work Group switches with minimum 24 numbers of 100/1000 baseT with minimum 4 nos. Gigabit uplink LX ports . The switching engine shall have a switching speed of at least 56 Gbps. Note:Switches having higher port density are acceptable.

52 port manageable Layer 2 Work Group switches with minimum 48 numbers of 100/1000 baseT with minimum 4 nos. Gigabit uplink LX ports . The switching engine shall have a switching speed of at least 104 Gbps. Note:Switches having higher port density are acceptable.

SITC of Local area Network system comprising of passive components like CAT-6 UTP or improved data cable over Cat-6, information oulets, enclosures for data outlets whereever required (Legrand make) , face plates on surface/ concealed (all modular type) with all mounting accessories like counter sunk tinned brass woods screws, washers, nylon plug, patch panels, patch cords, cable managers, 19" mounting racks , flexible G.I pipe, fibre optic cable with accessories etc complete with labeling / identification on the cable , outlets, patch panels etc including certficiation towards performance warranty for minimum 20 years complete in all respect as required as per standards, drawings, specifications and instructions of E-I-C. The scope Note:1. Sample of enclsoures for data outlets (i.e surface mount box) and face plate to be got approved from E-I-C. Face plate shall have provision of 2/4 I/O as required. 2. Scope includes making good to any damages caused in wall/painting during execution to the original finish at no extra cost. 3. No end user certificate shall be issued. 4. Certification shall be required for complete data cabling work.

Giga speed Cat - 6 or better cable in existing cassing capping/conduit/pipe/channel etc.

Giga speed CAT 6, compatible to above, Information Socket Outlets with Dust Cover and label holder etc.

Suitable modular type face plate for mounting 2/4 nos RJ 45 jack as above with suitable box.

24 port RJ-45 receptive female, CAT-6 UTP or better, compatible to above cat-6 cable, 19" rack mountable patch panel with RJ-45 female connectors with cable manager.

Factory made single mode ST-LC patch cords(duplex) for 1310 nm, 3 m length with covers on connectors and name of manufacturer printed on it.

19" wall mounted, double section minimum 9 U height rack with acrylic/ABS plastic door with locking arrangement and mounting accessories, grouting with rag bolts, nuts washers, with suitable arrangement for cable entry from top and bottom, sealing of cable entry points earthing connection with tinned copper earth wire of appropriate size, wiring with 6A, 230 V AC 3 pin top with following accessories : a) Cooling fan position tray with 2 fans (230 V AC) - 1 no b) AC power panel with minimum 5 nos. 6 A socket, MCB and 5 switches - 1 panels. Note: Switches and sockets shall be Mosaic/Arteor range of Legrand or equivalent approved. c) Mounting accessories eg cage nuts, screws, supporting angles etc for switch, patch cord panels, fan tray, LIU etc. d) Blanking plates as required

Supply & installation of the following sizes of ISI Mark ( latest IS14927, cover should not open without use of tool) capping casing of approved colour , ERW MS conduits , GI flexible pipe and PVC channel complete with all fixing materials like G.I screws, Nylon plug etc (fixing distance between two points will not exceed 40 cm) complete with accessories wherever required & directed by E-I-C. Scope shall also include making holes in walls and providing PVC sleeves wherever required:

Supply and installation of 50 * 50 mm PVC Casing Capping

Supply and installation of 25 * 16 mm PVC Casing Capping

Supply and installation of MS flat / MSCRCA Sheet ( including fabrication / welding, coating red - oxide, painting etc) as required as per instructions of E-I-C.

SITC of server as per specifications with EPEAT Registration, Energy Star qualification and India BIS 13252 (Part 1) certifications.

Data backup software system with 3 year support, updates and as per specifications

License renewal of arcserve UDP 20 CPU license

New license supply of Areserver UDP for 30 CPU license
