Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15 mm. depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 35mm thick solid core type non-decorative single leaf flush shutters in doors and windows with black board core blended with high quality phenol formal dehyde synthetic resin both side commercial veneered of standard make with oxidised iron fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, handle, cleats and sand blocks and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mmx 1 mm, painted with primer , all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to receive single piece extruded 5mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm x 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws of size 100mm x 8 mm complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) - Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. Upto 5 mm depth and 5 mm width

Providing and laying rectified glazed ceramic floor tiles 300x300m or more (thickness to be specified by manufacture) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 with approved make in colours white, ivory, grey, fume red, brown laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments, etc all complete.

Providing and laying 6mm precast white glazed tiles in walls over 12mm cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry flush pointed with white cement including rubbing, polishing and cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direciton of E/l. a With "A" grade white 15 x 15 cm tiles.

Supplying, materials and labour for constructing inspection chamber of designation class 75B bricks size 750mm deep, 600X450mm internal dimension having 250mm wall thickness in cement mortar (1:6) including 12mm cement plaster (1:4) with punning on inside and cement plaster (1:6) with 600X475mm G.I. cover with frame (weight not less than 35kg) alongwith earth work in excavation and 80mm thick PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and refilling all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.
