Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid Coloured Ceramic Tiles of design as approved 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of 1:6 cement mortar for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed Coloured Ceramic Tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick in vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc., set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment.

M&L for Light Shade Vitrified Ceramic Tiles of design as approved 9-10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of 1:6 cement mortar for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado & pillar over & including rendering 15 mm thick in 1:4 cement mortar, laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring, average 25 mm thick, surface finished even and rough (as in levelling course) to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.
