Annual Assistant in Operation and Maintenance of 132KV Amawan Substation under E.T.D., Raebareli. The job includes the following works.

Assistance in Operation of Substation of 132/33 KV S/S Amawan round the clock in rotation by two (02) nos. semi skilled helper/beldar due qualified to assist in operation of all equipments of S/S, as per instruction of AE/JE and CLDS/ALDS along with assistance in record keeping of operational activities maintaining all the registers (all the record register and log book shall be provided by the department) for the period of 1 year. 1. Semiskilled Helper : 02 Nos.

Maintenance of Substation Preventive, routine & General/Normal break down maintains of Transformer/Switchyard equipments, C&R Panel, RTCC panel, ACDB, battery sets (110 & 48 Volt both) DG set, AC system, lighting system (switchyard, control room & BCU) round the clock and or as person in electrical (01 No.) fitter (01 No.) and skilled helper (02 No.) as per standard practice of UPPTCL and instruction of AE/JE for the period of 01 year with cost of men misc consumables, T&P etc. required for the job except the spares/items/materials equipments, which shall be provided by department as required for completion of job. Daily general cleaning and maintenance/up keep of control room, associated office, battery room, BCU rooms, committee room etc by brooming & mopping along with cleaning of associated toilets covers and scraping of unwanted growths in between joints of CC roads etc. at the s/s for the period of 12 months with all cost of men, material and T&P required for completion of job. Involving brooming twice a day, mopping daily, dusting of walls, panels etc. regularly with man matterial and T&P required for completion of job.

Cutting of grasses, kush and kanse including of rank of vegetation grass, bushes and scarping the grass, bush wood and plants etc. Weeding out the wild growth roots, seeds etc. and collecting foreign materials, kankar, ballast pebbles, waste paper etc in switchyard area between pale fencing area between chain link fencing and security wall area around the control room then dispose of all the removed vegetation, rubbish and garbage etc. by throwing it outside the periphery of the sub-station premises with all cost of men, misc, consumables and T&P etc. required for the job 04 times in the period of 01 year. Job also includes 01 time chemical spray all over switchyard in the period of 01 year.

Maintenance of lawns grass including cutting of grass. Removal of foreign jungle, grass, earthen lawn levelling with lawn roller, watering of lawn spreading of fertilizers, pesticides ect. Job also includes maintenance of seasonal flower bed as per necessity during re-plantation, plantation of seasonal flower, manuring, watering, spreading fertilizers, pesticides, weedicides, uprooting expired plants and replantation of new seasonal plants from time to time with seeds and others.

Cable trench cleaning by opening of trenches covers at 132/33KV yard & cleaning the cable trench by the way de-watering, removal of iron scrap, mud and foreign materials with help of tar brush, khurpi and fawada etc. collecting waste/muddy deposit and throwing the same outside the switchyard.
