REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF TILING, FALSE CEILING, WALL PANELLING AND B/R AND E/M ALLIED WORK AT MRC UNDER AGE B/R I OF GE SAUGOR

Taking down wooden/PVC wall panelling and similar work all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm thick lnsulated PVC Wall Lining consisting of PVC Insulated Panels having expanded polystyrene (EPS) stuck to 2mm thick, PVC Insulated Panel with wood grain printed PVC sheet duly fitted into the wall complete all assessories as per specifications and drawing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets & frames (if any) in ceilings (measured flat & not girthed)

S&F 10mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm thick printed PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling including snap grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. all complete as per specification and drawing

M&L for multi layer 10mm thick (gypsum cord board) ceiling up to a height of 5.00 m above floor level and false ceiling of any shape (Square/Circular/Semi circular etc) of design and pattern approved by Engr-in-Charge, at site incl required snap grid & GI frame work and Fibre mesh/ reinforcement (Horizontal & Vertical) with Putty/POP work for even and smooth finishing surface, painting two or more coat with Premium quality plastic emulsion paint over one coat primer over smooth finish POP surface incl required provn for spot lighting/ ceiling light incl all required fixture/ material complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 40 mm wide neoprene/EPDM gasket/door seal complete.

S&F in repair 12 mm thick toughened glass doors and with set of new SS hydraulic floor spring & top pivot suitable cutting to shape, drilling holes required incl figured/ frosted glass film of approved pattern/ logo/ shape on one side, SS Handle 600mm Long of approved design and shape, locking arrangement and all other fixing assessories. Complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Hydraulic door spring shall be suitable for operating door having weight 120 to 150 Kg.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel rolled/hollow tube section as in post, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.
