Brick work in CM 1:5 using II-Class Ground moulded Chamber burnt Bricks of size 9"x4 3/4"x2 3/4" including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, curing, etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 12 mm thick for brick wall surface for outside and inside for all floors at all levels, including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T&Ps, curing, etc., complete.

Supplying & Fixing in position IWC ORISSA PAN of size 580x420mm white glazed earthen ware of approved make & quality with 'P' or 'S' trap confirming to IS-2556-Part XII (Parry ware or equivalent) with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and giving connection to sewer line including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift T&P, etc., complete.

Paving the floor with plain ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm Anti-skid in all toilet floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3, 20mm thk laid in-situ and pointed with same colour cement including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Dadooing the walls with colour designed glazed tiles of size 300x200x6mm, Johnson or equivalent set in CM 1:2 12mm thk and pointed with same colour pigments including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of Solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19 mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames, 15 mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails and the steel tubes shall be covered with 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets. (The overall size of styles shall be 50 mm x 30 mm and of frames shall be 50 mm x 45 mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter. The overall size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75 mm x 30 mm.) and fixing shutter using 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall be rigidly fixed in position including cost of all materials, necessary furniture and fittings, lead, lift, etc. complete. ( Door size 0.75 x 2.10 m ).

White washing two coats with white cement with including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, labours, scaffolding, brush, etc., complete.

Colour washing two coats for walls with one coat of primer , including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc. including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, labours, scaffolding, brush, etc., complete.

Two coats of Enamel painting for old wood doors & windows including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc. including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, labours, brush, etc., complete.

Two coat of Enamel painting for old Iron doors & windows including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc. including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, labours, brush, etc., complete.

Removal of existing Pressed tiles & weathering course including brick jelly including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Providing new weathering course made up of Concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slaked lime over R.C.C. roof slab, (the proportion being 32:12.5) for required depth of 80mm for giving required slope and thickness to roof as required, well beaten with wooden beaters, and terrace flooring with one course of pressed tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm using cement mortar (1:3) mixed with crude oil 10 percent by weight of cement including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete. (Excluding Pointing).

Providing Racking & Pointing for existing weathering course with cement mortar (1:3) with crude oil 10 percent by weight of cement and necessary leak proof admixtures including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Supplying, aligning and fixing of 110 mm PVC Rain Water downfall pipe (4 kg/ Sq.cm) with necessary specials including fixing to wall with necessary clamps and screws, with necessary scaffolding, including cost of all materials, labour, T&Ps, lead, lift, etc.complete.
