Dismantling of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, (any make and type , taking out rotor, removing all coils (burnt and alive), rewinding all the coils with suitable size super enamelled copper wire (ISI Marked) including all packing materials, insulating materials, varnishing, greasing, oil, re-assembling, split pins, body/blade screws and testing on full speed,. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling fan 1400 mm sweep, (any make and type , taking out rotor, removing all coils (burnt and alive), rewinding all the coils with suitable size super enamelled copper wire (ISI Marked) including all packing materials, insulating materials, varnishing, greasing, oil, re-assembling, split pins, body/blade screws and testing on full speed,. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall mounting/Cabin fan 380/400mm sweep, (any make and type , taking out rotor, removing all coils (burnt and alive), rewinding all the coils with suitable size super enamelled copper wire (ISI Marked) including all packing materials, insulating materials, varnishing, greasing, oil, re-assembling, split pins, body/blade screws and testing on full speed,. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of industrial wall mounting air circulator fan 450/600mm sweep, (any make and type , taking out rotor, removing all coils (burnt and alive), rewinding all the coils with suitable size super enamelled copper wire (ISI Marked) including all packing materials, insulating materials, varnishing, greasing, oil, re-assembling, split pins, body/blade screws and testing on full speed,. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of exhaust fan 380/450mm sweep, (any make and type , taking out rotor, removing all coils (burnt and alive), rewinding all the coils with suitable size super enamelled copper wire (ISI Marked) including all packing materials, insulating materials, varnishing, greasing, oil, re-assembling, split pins, body/blade screws and testing on full speed,. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of exhaust fan 225/300 mm sweep, (any make and type , taking out rotor, removing all coils (burnt and alive), rewinding all the coils with suitable size super enamelled copper wire (ISI Marked) including all packing materials, insulating materials, varnishing, greasing, oil, re-assembling, split pins, body/blade screws and testing on full speed,. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 1.00 to 6.00 : It is the prime responsibility of EIC to ascertain the necessity of rewinding to a particular fan. Before handing over fan to the contractor, testing for winding shall be done in presence of EIC and all such fans shall be stored separately for subsequent repair from the contractor.

Supply and replacement of exhaust fan motor suitable for 225/230mm sweep complete including necessary fitting & connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of exhaust fan motor suitable for 300mm sweep complete including necessary fitting & connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of exhaust fan motor suitable for 380/450mm sweep complete including necessary fitting & connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of industrial wall mounted fan motor suitable for 450/600mm sweep complete including necessary fitting & connection complete all as specified and directed.

Opening up ceiling fan, exhaust fans, wall mounting/table fans, air circulator fans (any sweep, size or make) as kept unserviceable in E/M store yard for detection of defect and reassembling after cleaning, greasing and overhauling including replacement of split pins, body/blade screws and testing before depositing in store yard complete all as specified and directed. Note: Other spares necessary to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under following items of this schedule.

Replacement of Capacitor 2.5/3.15 mfd 230 Volts (+) 5 % dry type complete all as specified and directed. Make- TIBCON/ELCAP/'AD/TORCON)

Supply and fixing PVC capacitor assy two ways with fixing screws any type complete all as specified and directed

Supply and replacement of ball bearing for ceiling fans of any sweep/size/ any make complete all as specified and directed. Size of 6200,6201,6202,6203,6204 & size S-7/S-8 (Make of bearing : Make ABC/SKF/NBC. Note : Ball bearing shall be replaced in the store yard of E/M or in the civil workshop on lathe machine if required and cost thereof shall be included under this item.

Replacement of gun metal bush for ceiling fans, exhaust fans and cabins fans of any makes/size complete all as of specified and directed. Note : Bush shall be replaced in the store yard of E/M or in the civil workshop on lathe machine if required and cost thereof shall be included under this item. Note:- Cost of replacement of UNSV Shaft for exhaust fan of capacity 200/300mm sweep shall be included under this item.

Supply and replace rubber reel of fan complete with ms split clamp two Nos nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and replace fan regulator electronic, Piano type, stepped, AC 230 volts suitable for 1200mm/1400mm ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and replace fan regulator electronic, modular type as per sample, stepped, AC 230 volts suitable for 1200mm/1400mm ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed .

Replacement of Capacitor 4 mfd 230 Volts (+) 5 % dry type complete suitable for desert cooler all as specified and directed. Make- TIBCON/ELCAP/'AD/TORCON)

Replacement of ceiling fan blade suitable for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan including nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed suitable for any make of fan approved by engineer-in-charge. (white/Browm colour/as per site requirement).

Supply and connecting flexible Cable of copper wire 2 core of size 23/0.0076, 0.5 sq mm (white colour) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing as in repair louvers made out of 0.63 mm galvanised iron sheet for Exhaust Fan of any make and size upto 300 mm complete all as speicfied and directed.

Supply & fixing as in repair louvers made out of 0.63mm galvanised iron sheet for exhaust fan of any make and size 380mm/450mm complete all as speicfied and directed.

Replacement of PVC canopy (upper/bottom) for ceiling fan of any make and size complete all as speicfied and directed.

Spray painting on outside body of the ceiling fan incl blades any size with synthetic enamel paint (white colour) including scrapping existing paint and incl writing MES Number with black paint complete all as speicfied and directed.
