Supply and lay one layer of new sub class 'B' bricks for protection of cable laid flat butting to each other complete. Note: While laying, the length of the brick shall be at right angle to the central axis of cable.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles above ground level and finishing the exposed concrete surfaces even and fair including provision of necessary form work for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified

Supply and laying in trenches, or fixing on walls or passing through cable duct / pipe, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of following sizes including necessary thimble, gland, etc after taking down old item from any situation all as specified:-

(b) De-hydration of transformer oil under vacuum. (c) Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank. (d) Top up the transformer oil upto the level. NOTE : (i) Contractor shall use the vehicle mounted filtration plant with new suitable size heavy duty hose pipe. (ii) The transformer oil required for replacing/top up shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" (iii) Conducting field testing of di-electric strength of the transformer oil before and after filtration (iv) Checking the megger/earth resistance values with battery operated megger of 5 KV

NOTE :- (i) Cost of GI pipe light grade 40 mm shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) GI strip and GI pipe length of upto 7.5 RM shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate and over and above shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for Painting "HT 2 pole structure of steel tubular poles including cross arms, back plates, bracings of all exposed surfaces of steel items fixed with pole" n.exc 60 cm girth with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparing the old painted surface by rubbing and cleaning the dust, rust complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all cable connections from existing LT panel board including taking down existing MCCB/MCB's etc and fixing the LT panel board and accessories in new location as per direction of Engr-in-Charge and reconnecting the cable including making the foundation as required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Before quoting the rate, the bidder shall visit the site to ascertain the size and type of panel board and no claim will be entertained at a later stage regarding the scope of work. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of PCC (1:2:4) foundation similar to that existing at site.

M&L for general servicing the existing outdoor type Ring Main Unit - SF 6 unit with one incoming load breaker switch and three outgoing VCB 630A, 12 KV, 21 KA from OEM i.e. M/s Schneider including following work:- Note :- (a) All the necessary consumable which are used during the servicing are imported exclusively for Schneider. (b) RAR/Payment will be allowed only after submission of detailed service report from OEM (M/s Schneider).

(i) cleaning/decarbonizing of all, levers, springs using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws, nuts, bolts, spring etc for proper functioning, (ii) Lubricating/greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching & tripping mechanism, de-moisturing of all parts (iii) Testing of relay tripping performance of RMU. Following tests will be carried out :- (a) Primary injection test . (b) IR test with megger. (iv) Checking of all relays and interlocking if any (v) Calibration, performance testing and necessary adjustment of relays for successful operation at the time of fault occurrence etc, (vi) Checking of operating mechanism adjustments, measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism, internal wiring circuit etc, tightening of all connections, replacement of unserviceable fuse/MCB SP including removing moisture deposit inside the RMU (vii) Checking all end terminals, lighting the nut, bolt and washers, replace the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers, engage the RMU with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified.

Dismantling the existing lightening conductor from MAP building and Overhead water tank and refixing the same with provn of new PVC saddles of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) The contractor shall make his own arrangement of scaffolding required for the dismantling or refixing of the lightening conductor. (b) The rates includes installation and dismantling scaffolding after completion of Work.

M&L for air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long all as specified and directed.

M&L for radiator anticorrosive coolant conditioner properly mixed up with the radiator water (K cool/MAK/Bosch) all as specified and directed. Note; on every service of radiator the coolant will be changed completely and according the hrs of run the coolant will be top up.

Supply and filling engine oil 20W - 40 ( Note : The quoted rate including of drain out old unserviceable engine oil from engine oil sum on occasion of clean the Oil Sump and according the Hrs of run oil will be top up ) all as specified and directed.

Repair/servicing/cleaning of diesel tank thoroughly and drain out of diesel complete and keep in safe custody for reuse and clean the dirt/sedimentation in the tank , refilling the diesel to the tank and all as specified and directed for the following capacities of DG sets:- Note: (i) Container for drain out of DHPP to be provided by the contractor.

Repair/servicing of 12 volts lead acid batteries all plates including reconditioning, replacing the old electrolyte, refilling the batteries with fresh electrolyte, recharging the batteries to its required specific gravity and re-fixing and testing all as directed.

M&L for servicing of self starter assembly of DG sets 24/12 volts of following capacities by disconnecting the self starter assembly from the engine and dismantling, cleaning all accessories, replacing worn-out parts like carbon brushes, bushes, contact plates,bentex, jumping levels etc and rewinding the unserviceable field coil and varnishing all as directed.

M&L for removing electric connection and taking down the fire pump set 20 HP capacity from roof of MAP Building and transporting the same to work shop and dismantling the pump set and servicing all the effected parts like, bronze impeller, casing, gland with robe shaft synthetic rubber push and replacing unserviceable parts if any and reconnecting the pump set, painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint and bringing back to the original location / site and commissioning, testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge Note:- (i) The quoted rate is inclusive of cost of all unserviceable items to be replaced and transportation to and from the workshop. (ii) .Before commencement of the work/ taking down fire pump, the contractor shall to inform the same to unit I/C and JE in charge being emergency fire motor (FIRE PUMP)
