REPAIR PERIODICAL SERVICING INCL REPLACEMENT OF UNSV SPARES FOR DG SETS CRANES FIRE FIGHTING SYS PASSENGER GOODS LIFT OF MAKE KONE OTIS AND REPAIR AND MAINT OF STREET LIGHTS GARDEN LIGHTS AND CERTAIN ALLIED WORK AT R AND DE E DIGHI PUNE 15

Comprehensive maintenance of DG sets , periodical servicing including first hand repairs, consisting of normal repairs such as tightening of nut bolts, greasing, checking/replacing of battery terminals, leveling of distilled water, cleaning of main ,battery charging alternator where ever exists with vacuum cleaner including replacements of defective/ worn out spares such as diesel filters, oil filters, rubber hose pipe ,V-belt, fuel pipe and change of oils etc. and cleaning of Radiator etc 200 KVA, Make;- Greaves cotton Ltd / Jyoti Ltd, SM No. 616/6010/DG/03 at Sarang building.( Dighi) Note:- (i) The maintenance cost of DG Set for month shall deemed to comprises of cost of labour employed for the purpose, T&P used and other petty items such as cotton waste, Kerosene oil, Grease, nuts, bolts, and labour cost for fixing spares. (ii) All spares and oil replaced will be measured and paid under relevant items of schedule ‘A’. (iii) Fixing charges for the spares and oil etc. are deemed to be included in quoted rate for comprehensive maintenance of DG Set if the spares are not included in Sch 'A' then department will provide the same Free for fixing. (iv) Rectifying the defects in DG set any parts by tightening loose connections and rectifying defects, testing complete all as directed. (v) contractor shall detail his rap (machanic) to attend any type of fault /defects on complaint from engr-in -charge or his rep, and and will be attended within 12 hrs and fault should be repair within 48hrs. (iv) In case contractor fails to rectify defect within 48 hrs recovery @ Rs 500 per day will be carried out.

Taking down defective self starter 12/24 Volt of DG set of cap from 100 KVA to 200 KVA DG set installed at various installations and servicing/overhauling including replacing of worn out parts like solenoid, bearing, carbon brush, rewinding the starter motor winding, etc. and refitting the same after making serviceable for smooth functioning in all respect all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-Spares required and rewinding will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule here after.

M&L for Rewinding the burnt field coil all as directed.

Rewinding the burnt armature coil with commutatorall as directed..

Supply of bush/ bearing all as directed.

Supply the worn out carbon brush with brush holder all as directed.

Supply of clutch all as directed.
