Taking out carefully submersible pumpset of (any capacity and make) from the borewell (80 ft-100 ft depth) after disconnection all electrical connection complete with column pipes,submersible cable, bends etc and taken to workshop for repairing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- All the arrangements, Special type of T&P, transpotaion is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.)

Strip opening of 3 phase AC submersible motor taking out burnt winding complete and re-winding with PVC insulated super quality copper winding wire, water proof complete with all materials i.e laminated paper, strips, PVC tape and sealing material etc of cap 4- 10 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling rotar shaft of motor of capacity 20 to 40HP,welding,brazing with suitable metal to bearing size of rotor/checknut of rotor & turning,facing,grinding, polishing etc up to required size of bearing for smooth functioning complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Rotor shaft shall be measured as supply only under relevent item.

Dismantling the submersible pump bowls assembly of any make for carrying out repair and replacement of worn out parts by welding,cutting,turning,and brazing etc, Strip opening of all parts such as bowl casing, impellers, pump shafts, lock collects, bushes, neck rings etc and assembling the pump after complete repair all as directed by Engr-in-charge and replacing of parts of pump of 5 to 9 stages, having 4 HP to 20 HP capacity Note:- Spares parts shall be paid separately under relavent items of schedule as supply only.

(b) Treatment walls, roof and floor by specially developed biodegradable and eco friendly antibacterial agent. Note : (1) Tank to be cleaned in 6 montly basis. (2) writing tank capacity, date of cleaning, date of next cleaning on tank wall/pillar with black paint background and letters in white paint having size not less than 25 mm height.

M & L in replacement of Flex sign board of size 5'x3' showing schematic distribution diagram and details of pump house machinery and duly fixed on suitable MS square frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Installation, testing & commisioning in replacement, totally enclosed feeder piller outdoor type (IP-65) fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type(independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs , bus bar chamber (enclosed) including locking arrangement complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC, supply internally wired with copper conductor , TPN bus bar of copper strip (4 Nos) of 250 Amps insulated by heat shrinkable sleaves & clips on shrouds for joints busbar shall be designed to withstand a fault level at 415 Volts having legs 105cms made out of 65x65x6 mm angle iron grouted on PCC 1:3:6 upto 45 cms pannel should be 60 cms above the Ground Level including diamantling the old panel comprising the following :-
