Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.Make Dr.fixit,Nerolac,Asian paint,Berger or Equivalent. of approved make & shade on walls and other places complete all as specified and as directed.Note-: Rates are inclusive all scafoldings used for up to the height of 4 storeys.

M&L for preparation of old/new steel surfaces, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of anti-corrosive epoxy(poly Urethane based) over a coat of epoxy primer of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and to be finished even and smooth(without using extra lime or cement)

M&L 5mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.
