Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone Aggregate) as in embedding of precast post as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) M-20 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete footings etc. complete all as specified & as directed

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) M-20 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts column etc. complete all as specified & as directed

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating, as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, rough concrete surface, flat complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, rough finished faces of concrete square or rectangular complete all as specified & as directed.

Materials and Labour for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No - 23.00 above here in before but except bricks(brick obtained from demolition above here in before ) with and including removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish as directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm round bars as in stiffner to hold the chain link fencing fixed with angle iron post including necessary welding and fixing arrangement at ends complete all as specified and directed .

All as per above item No - 27.00 but fixing only with angle iron post including necessary welding and fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & as directed

S&F for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, quality confirming to GDE Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel works in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) as per IS 15911: 2010 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No. 32.00 here in before but fixing only complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at other fitted with washer and nut 5 to 10mm dia and 50mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel chain link fence febric of any size and weight n.exc 4Kg/Sqmtr conforming to IS 2712-2003 and having zinc coating of type as laid down in IS-4826 including line wires / binding complete all as specified and as directed (A Board of Officers under orders of GE Shall be convened to ascertain the weight per square metre of galvanized steel wire chain link fencing brought at site by the contractor against each lot of materials). Make :- Tata or equivalent make as approved by GE.

All as per above item No. 35 but fixing only galvanized steel chain link fence fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc all as specified & as directed. (Note : Each line wire to be measured separately)

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of Steel surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable plywood from charpoy GI pipe/charpoy with hard top and Supply and fixing new 12mm thick 07 ply BWR (Commercial) ISI marked plywood (century/Greenply or equivalent make ) of size 2140X920mm with and including 02 Nos stiffners 'U' type per charpoy, made to shape out of 1020x40x5mm thick MS Flate iron fix to charpoy frame with 04 Nos of Nut bolt & washer of size 6mm dia 70mm long per stiffner. A total of 10 Nos nut and bolt with 20 washers shall be provided to fix the plywood top with the frame. Nut provided shall be galvanised countersunk. MS Flate iron will be painted with two coat of synthetic enemal paints black colour over and including, one coat of red oxide primer complete all as per Drg (FD-220)as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
