Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2.0 in hard stiff clay stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders and gravelly soil etc., complete for boxing as per IS 20A.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm metal including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges, etc. complete.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for bed blocks for 10 cum

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4(one cement and five sand) 20 mm. thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed
