Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. For Grading -II materials

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 Kg/Sq.m. using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg per Sqm. on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and lying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hours using crush aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filter transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rilling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Cl. No. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials upto 10.00 km initial lead from mixing plant (inluding coat of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt).For Gr-II 19 mm nominal size.

Providing and lying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hours using crush aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6% of mix and filter transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rilling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tanden roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Cl. No. 509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials upto 10.00 km initial lead from mixing plant (inluding coat of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt).For Gr-II 13 mm nominal size.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorissing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finishing surface to be level uniform and free from steaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specification .

Providing and laying Interlocking concrete Block pavement (M40) having thickness 80 mm as per technical specification clause 1504 completre including carriage. B) Excluding Edge Block/Edge Restraints. Rate including 10% deduction for Salvage value of ICBP.

Construction of Bamboo barricade 1.5 m height above G.L. and 0.5 m below G.L. made with Bholuka bamboo post and railing with jati bamboo post one to be placed 1.2 m appart and bamboo railing in the three rows.
