M&L for as in repairs PVC insulated three core 2.5 sqmm multistrand aluminium conductor for connection of security light from junction box to security light, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for as in repairs PVC insulated two core 4 sqmm multistrand aluminium conductor for connection of security light from junction box to security light, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for as in repairs PVC insulated two core 6 sqmm multistrand aluminium conductor for connection of security light from junction box to security light, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 mtr wide and not exc. 1.50 mtr in depth, including taking out and laying of cables, brick etc. and getting out as in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in Soft/Loose Soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the Starting Point. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down / out unserviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and /or fixing with walls /poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, etc. and kept in Safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Earth Work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items here-in-after)

M&L for Re-Laying and re-routing of serviceable UG cable of any size and any type of cable up to 35 sqmm, 2 core, 3.5 core, and 4 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation, Sand, Bricks and connected items measured and paid separately.

Re-laying only old brick in trenches for under ground Cable Protection (Serviceable Bricks obtained from Item here-in-before), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punning thickness of Sand cushioning shall only be measured).

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for road complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement for steel tubular swaged poles with bracket complete with cast iron base plate final taper plug bolts , nuts & screw all as specified and directed Type 410 SP 31 (9 mtr long) with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer in full length of the pole and marking the pole with black and yellow strip over PCC coping alternatively including numbering the pole complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of foundation and copping shall be paid separately and old u/s steel tubular pole shall be deposited to MES store yard

S&F 40 mm bore High density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanise iron wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 32 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including Pit in Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC Cover of size 450X450X50mm in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, Galvanised Iron Wire Mesh, Funnel, Galvanised Iron Watering Pipe 20mm bore (dia) Medium Grade, including necessary Excavation in Soft/ Loose Soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus Soil upto a distance of 50.00 mtr and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion, including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement for tripod light pole made from ( 2.5 meter length , 80mm bore medium grade GI pipe with reducer socket - 1 No and 1 meter length, 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe - 3 No’s ), bending of 40mm bore GI pipe in U shape and welding in 80mm bore GI pipe complete with painting of one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer in full length of the pole all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of foundation and copping shall be paid separately.

S&F street light timer panel suitable for fixing on street light pole / wall with all fixtures as, MCB, timer switch and internal wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Havells, Model No- IHXTS0360 or its equivalent model from makes as specified in the particular specifications

M&L for repair, rewinding of high mass light integrated pole motor up to 2 HP capacity with good quality varnishing motor winding to improve the insulation capacity and re-fixing the motor set after repair and overhauling complete. Rate is inclusive of winding, bearing, gasket and all other items related to motor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for straight through cable Joint Kit including Jointing Materials for making Joints of UG Electric Cable 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium stranded conductor, nominal cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm to 35 Sqmm, 3.5/4 Core and testing, complete all as specified and as directed.
