Taking down/removing of existing water proofing treatment of any description at any height on roof surfaces and vertical surfaces complete, including concrete tiles, screed bed, membrane and racking out joints, and cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus, bushes, moss, dust etc by brushing and dusting , sprinkle water on roof surface hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish out of MoD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for spreading / brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg/ Sqm on old concrete surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges or as in roof padding concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

The dry film thickness of complete allocation/ system should not be less than 600 micron. The treatment shall be carried out through authorised representative of manufacturer and application shall be done by mechanical sprayers complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down existing loose cement plaster including unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and at any position from existing RCC roof, ceiling, beam, column chhajja and parapet wall of building having height up to 24 m from ground level and disposal of debris out of MoD land including cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities, roughening the smooth surfaces and removing the loose rust by wire brushing, chipping, hammering or grinding from visible reinforcement of structural member of building and there after applying rust remover of Thermax Chemicals or of equivalent make of Pidilite/Fosroc/BASF/SIKA chemicals and cleaning the steel reinforcement by scrubbing or simple dusting and then applying cementatitious corrosion inhibiting primer of Mucis PROTEZIONE FERRO MONO of Thermax Chemicals Ltd or equivalent make of Pidilite/Fosroc/BASF/SIKA on visible reinforcement of structural members complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The quoted unit rate deemed to include necessary scaffolding for execution of work at any height as per site condition. (ii) Wherever diameter of existing steel reinforcement has got reduced beyond 40% of original diameter due to rusting, additional reinforcement shall be provided by welding etc. Rate for fixing and welding etc is included in this items whereas steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. (iii) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and alloy to dry. To this surface apply chemistic polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacture’s instructions.

M&L for 50 mm thick (average thickness) ) guniting work in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Fine Aggregate) on to the required area of PCC / RCC columns, beams, stairs, parapet walls, sun shades, roof slab & ceiling etc. of any sizes / shapes and situated at any height from existing ground level and applying with adequate pressure ( 2 to 3 Kg/Sqcm) after tying in position MS welded wire mesh over RCC surfaces, ready to receive guniting work, including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 to match with existing surfaces and finished even and smooth including sufficient curing , complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) MS welded wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately as supply only where as labour element and material required for tying MS welded wire mesh on concrete surfaces is included in quoted unit rate. (ii) Work shall be carried out up to 24 mtr high from GL. All tools and plants , machineries, cost of consumables items, scaffolding, all types of protective equipment’s, plant floors, pipelines, vessels, materials etc. so as to do guniting in plant is included in quoted unit rate.
