Topographical Survey To carry out Topographical survey of land appx 2 point 0 Acre of land by Total station method with contour map grid elevation existing features like bldg tress road poles electric lines drains boundary wall fencing etc incorporating geographical features along the line of retaining wall rod both above and below to the distance appx 40 m below proposed R wall in contours of 0 point 5m giving all physical site elements including trees with grith above 15 cm in a survey plan to a 1 100 scale and furnishing survey in CAD drawings

Soil Investigation To carry out soil investigation to ascertain SBC and slope stability test of area for providing RCC ETP and retaining wall at various locations. The area being in hilly area with deep slopes partially top layer covered with soft soil and disintegrated rock Soil investigation shall be carried out by preparing suitable platform and access approach path and shall be done as per provns contained in IS-1892 IS 1904 IS 2131 IS 2720 IS 4894 IS 6403 IS8009 IS12070 and relevant IS codes and SP Depth of bore log shall be 10 mtr for soft soil or to the refusal of further penetration Where disintegrated rock is encountered same shall be done to the appropriate level as per codalprovn for considering firm retaining wall foundation of ETP The testing location shall be suggested by GE P Gangtok The undisturbed soil samples shall be collected at every changes of strata and as necessary for recommended type of foundation at 1 point 5 m and every 0 point 5m incremental till firm soil strata is encountered for resting of fdn R wall Total No of test shall be two
