Mobilisation, eraction for carrying out soil investigation by drilling with auger or any other menthod for ascertining SBC, Soil strata and soil base charactiristrict abd furnishing the report and recommended of foundation with relevant IS Code the following. (i) 01 Nos bore hole 150mm dia may be taken 5m or N value reaches 50 whichever is later. (ii) SPT value st every 0.50m internals and chanfe of strata. (iii)Grain size distribution and analysis.(iv)Soil charactristics. (v) Value of cohesion and angle of internal friction. (vi) Recommended SBC at different dept of foundation i.e at 900mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm & 170mm etc. (vii) SBC and its calculation based on "N" Value, shear strength and settlement critera. (viii) Depth of expansive soil and its properties, if any (ix)Depth of water table (maximum and minimum) (x) Recommended for filling under floors and filling under protection including plinth protection. (xi) Chemical analysisof soil and recommendation and type of cement to be used for RCC foundaion Details of soil profile and bore logs. (xii) Any other recommendations. (b) Submission of soil investigation report in quadruplicate comprising of investigation, scope of work and project details, filled test suggestions for improvement of SBC if any, criteria calculation incorrporating type of soil in pressure bulb zone highest water table SBC recommandation at particular depth considering water table type of foundation to be adpoted all tests result bore log chart profile of log and safe bearing capacity calculations at various depths. (c ) Test report should include all the test as required for desiging the foundation such as SPT values bore logs soil classfication and also should cover the general recommendation for the proposed type, of foundation system safe bearing capacity likely total settelment etc. The reports shall be submitted in quintuplicate duly bounded in a presentable manner. The rate shall be deemed to included the cost of submission of such reports and samples of soil.

(a) Architectural Services: Preparation of complete conceptual plans, architectural drawings (elevation, Sections and schedule of finishes), site plan incl arboriculture, incl 3D views (Exterior) and walk through model for 2mnts. The drawings will cover detailed working drawings to minutes details (incl furniture and sanitary fittings) with ref to tech, architectural and functional requirement in soft and hard copies. Space/area analysis in tabular graphical formats. (b) Structure Services: Structure design and drawings for bldg duly incorporated with all the details, final submission of all the approve structural drawings with supported by relevant design data (STAAD File) in all size in hard and soft copy for all the category of the buildings in desired configuration. Proof Checking and vetting: Vetting from IIT/NIT/Govt Eng Colleges and submission of all structural drawings as per latest Indian std Codes and practices. (c) Detailed Estimate : Preparation of BOQ and Yard stick for all the bldgs as per the approved architectural, structural drawings as per MES SSR 2020 pattern alongwith rate analysis.
