5.8.9 Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash rncluding cost of scaffolding all complete as per direction of E/I.

5.8.23 Providing two coats of snowcem of approved shade and make over old surface including washing cleaning and preparing the walls, scaffolding , curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

DSR 14.91.1 Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/ 250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3mm Thick

DSR 14.92 Extra for covering top of membrane with geotextile, 120 gsm non woven, 100% polyster of thickness 1 to 1.25mm bonded to membrane with intermittent touch by heating the membrane by butane torch as per manufactures recommendation.

5.10.10 Taking down old door and window shutters including stacking serviceable rnaterials within 15M. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/|.

DSR 9.119 Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame manufactured by M/s Rajshri or equivalent of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos. of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 19x19mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100mm size complete as per manufacturers speci fication and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.-

DSR 9.120.2 Providing and fixing 30 mm thick factory made PVC rigid foam panelled door shutters manufactured by M/s Rajshri or equivalent made from M.S. tube of 19 gauge thickness, size 19 x 19 mm for styles and 15 x 15 mm for top and bottom rails, covered with heat moulded PVC "C" channel of 5 mm thick and 75 mm wide PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 5 mm thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and bottom rial, panelling of 5 mm thick PVC sheet fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles and rails with 5 x 30 mm PVC sheet beading on either side and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc., complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge fixed to frames with 4 Nos. M.S. powder coated butt hinges (For W.C. and bathroom shutters).

5.8.41 Provinding primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dirt, scales smokes and grease and cleaning the surface thoroughly including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurment Area shall be multiplied by the co-efficient as indicated in building specificaton.)
