Cold milling of Bituminous Pavement Surface upto the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine without disturbing the under laying layers to proper line and level, cleaning the surface properly after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the milled materials for reuse, necessary guarding barricading & lighting, including hire charge of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction on Engineer-in-charge a) For depth upto 100mm

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg / sqm on the prepared dry and hungrybituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause503

Dismantling of Cement Concrete Pavement (Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000metres ,stacking serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately.)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

'Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Painting on Steel Surfaces (Providing and applying two coats on new concrete surfaces after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surface

Painting on Steel Surfaces (Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade)

Providing, fitting and fixing wooden manhole cover with 2nd class timber planks of thickness 25 mm and timber batten of 2nd class timber of size 0.075 m x 0.05 m with required prop with jati bamboo post and nailing properly including tying 1 row bracing at the centre for proper balance etc. in the open manhole on the under construction drain cum footpath for immediate precautionary measure during VVIP's visit to Guwahati city as directed and completed in all respect.

Clearing Grass and Removal of Rubbish ( clearing grasss and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area.)

Removal of Unserviceable Soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305
