Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate fo having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner remova, adhesion, impact resistance, specular floss adn fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International / Government Laboratory/Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should be obtained from Indian conditon within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad, Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so dedires, could seek for a performance guarentee which be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67-2012. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7. Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. Road Delinator Providing and fixing of standard metal Delineator as per IRC 79 -2019 consisting of minimum Retro reflactive unit exposed area of 330 sqcm in white colour,full cube corner micro prismatic non metallic retroreflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67-2012 and meeting the cofficient of retro reflection value as per ASTM D 4956 type XI table specification ,The Delineator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 micron thickness, on top of which Retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both side.The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground ,width not less than 100mm and shall extend not more than 300mm below the ground while being installed .The front and back face of the Delineators should be curved with radius of not more than 200mm & width delta angle (or central angle of curve) laying between 20 Degree & 30 Degree ,to increase the visibility of the Delineator for vehicals moving in continous curves. The Delineator shall have grooves acroos the length to make the Reflective sheets bundel -proof . The Retroreflactive sheeting shall be tested for 3 year weathering test in indian condition as per IRC 67-2012 & proof of the same in form of Government report shall be uploded which Quoting tender. If some how tender pre qualification condition do not ask for government report than the report shall be submitted to Engineer -in -charge before finilization of bill .The deleneator is ment for application on gaps in median ,traffic island ,dangerous bends ,round about ,narrow brides etc.Or as desired by site Engineer.
