Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) incl carriage

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth:without bond stone incl carriage

Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete incl carriage

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) incl carriage

Dry stone pitching (any thickness) excluding cost of stones. On Horizontal incl carriage

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness)including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string course, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutment, posts and struts etc, upto floor five, excluding cost of centering ,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3(1 cement:1.5 coarse sand :graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) ncl. carriage

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete(TMT bars) ncl. carriage

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

b)Suspended floors, roofs, landing, balconies and access platform

c)Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls (above 20cms wide)

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kind of soil. Deduct for not rolling with power roller of minimum 8tonnes for banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth.ncl. carriage

Placing and laying of M.S pipe in proper gradient by execution of trenches laying of pipe properly, refilling of earth for proper cushioning of pipe including carriage of pipe from divisional store to actual site of the work complete job. (300mm dia.)including cost of MS pipe and ncl. carriage

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material. a) Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth

b) Beyond 60 cm girth upto and including 120 cm girth

Structural build up section, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. ncl. carriage

Removal of Hippia fencing

Supply and fixing GI chain link fencing of mesh size 3”x3” including carriage.
