Disconnecting/taking down UNSV following LED street light/flood light etc fittings from pole/structure/Bldg from any height and repair/checking and identifying of faulty spares, wirings, cleaning of fittings, cover, etc. and reassembling the same after repair, testing and refixing in original position and reconnecting with the electrical line complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Materials required for replacement such as driver, wires, etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Creepers if any available on pole/structure to be removed without any extra claim. (iii) If E-N value on security fedder is high, it should be checked and rectified without any extra claim.

M&L for replacement flood light mounted on high mast light of 100 Watt energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs, IP66 protection, suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed of Make:- Crompton ROVER PRO CAT part No: CFS-504-100-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG or equivalent in approved make.

M&L for replacement of 60 Watt LED streetlight made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP66 protection, impact resistance of IK07 & 10 KV external SPD. Taking down old unserviceable post top lantern fittings and Supply & fixing post top luminarie LED type of 25 W of with IP 65 protection with die cast aluminium graphite grey powder coated finished body , polycarbonate opal diffuser, low power warm white (WW) LEDs with better heat dissipation, high efficient constant current electronic driver having operating voltage range from 140 to 280 Volt AC, provided with high voltage, open and short circuit protection, Voltage surge protection 10 KV etc complete including suitable size loop in loop out boxes & flexible 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper connecting cable from loop in loop out box to fitting etc complete all as directed & specified. Supply and fix in repairs of LED bollard in decorative Mushroom shape with IP 65 protection warm white 9 watt after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj Cat No :BLBMC 9W WW LED or equivalent in approved make.

Supply and fix in repairs of 10W LED bollard (0.6M) with opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Cat No:- MOUNTBL 10WLED857PSYMTOPMMA or equivalent in approved make. Note for item No. 07 to 15:- (i) Creepers if any available on pole/structure to be removed without any extra claim. (ii) If E-N value on security fedder is high, it should be checked and rectified without any extra claim.

Supply & fixing in repairs, 10 Sqmm 2 Core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade laid in trenches/floor or fixed on wall/pole including brass compression cable gland, terminal lug etc after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose for laying cables, erection of poles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17 above but depth exc 1.50 metre but n.exc 3.00 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil nexc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt Sub Class 'B' locally available best quality laid in trenches perpendicular to UG cable above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread in uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Taking down old/ unserviceable GI pipe of 40mm bore and supply & fix GI tube light grade laid in trenches or fixed on wall, floor or on pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Horizontal Boring by Passing GI Protection Pipe up to 50mm Bore (dia), under Road /Foot Path, not exc. 10.00 METRE in a Single Length, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Cable Junction Box 155x210x92 mm in size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed on poles with flat aluminium clamps of size 20x3 mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc including MCB single pole of capacity 6 to 40 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable ISI marked with PVC insulated, multistranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed, flat or circular of size 2 core x 4 sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable ISI marked with PVC insulated, multistranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed, flat or circular of size 2 core x 6 sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable ISI marked with PVC insulated, multistranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed, flat or circular of size 2 core x10 sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix street light bracket, bend to 120 degree angle, made out of 40 mm bore, galvanized iron, light grade tubing (approx 1.5 mtr in length) including necessary two nos suitable size of clamps with nuts, bolts and washers, etc. and two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Steel Tubular Swaged welded Pole, type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws, etc. including applying Two Coat of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally up to Planting Depth and applying with Two Coats of Aluminium Painting over a Coat of red oxide primer including Writing MES LT Pole and Blue reflector strip with Synthetic Enamel Paint (First Grade/quality), complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of cement concrete/hardcore of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, adjustable type, 125 Amps with minimum breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, adjustable type, 160 Amps with minimum breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.
