Vibrated Cement Concrete M30 (Design mix) 75 mm uniform thick with surface reinforcement using ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site including cement at site, including all labour charges for mixing concrete, laying, hire charges for tools and plants,compacting curing with all leads for potable water, including all other incidental charges formwork, etc., complete for WEARING COAT Over DECK SLAB and APPROACH SLAB. as per section 2702.2 & 1700 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision)

Shoring, and strutting with sheet piles of size width 400 mm x height of 3m x thickness of 9mm as per IS 2314-1986 by driving on both sides of the trench from Ground Level up to the required depth and connecting the above sheet piles by horizontal strutting with sheet piles at an interval of 1.0m, fixing the sheet piles by connecting the horizontal strutting with casurina poles of 8cm to 10cm dia. at 1.50m interval and including removing the sheet piles after the pipelines are laid, jointed, tested, and stacking it safely for other uses. It includes the cost of sheet piles and casurina poles including labour charges for erecting the sheet piles, driving the sheet piles, removing the sheet piles, fixing Casurina poles, etc., complete and all other incidental charges for the depths (i) 0-3mts.,(ii) 0-4mts.,(iii) 0-5mts., (iv) 0-6mts.,(v) 0-7mts. and (vi) 0-8mts.

Supply and fabrication of Fe-500 grade steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, including cost of steel at site and cost of fabrication labour charges for cleaning the rods, straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including over laping to the required length wherever necessary and providing to the reinforcement placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete. as per section 1600 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision)

Supplying and fixing 300mm wide PVC EXPANSION JOINT in the 20mm expansion gap provided in between decks over piers and in between deck and dirt wall over abutment as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealant etc., complete

Providing of Granular Sub base using Grade I materials of table 400 -1 of Morth with minimum CBR 30 spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mix in by palce method at OMC and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including all labourcharges etc, complete as per technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying Prime coat over WBM / WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min. required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20- 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher /9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Supplying and fixing GI DRAINAGE SPOUTS 100mm diaas per GOI drawing SD/205 with grating arrangements at top as shown in the drawing and 100mm dia drainage spout projecting atleast 300mm beyond the bottom of deck slab as shown in the drawing, including cost and conveyance of Galvanised iron pipes and flats and fixing them in position,etc., complete as per cl 2705 of MORT&H specification. Providing and Laying Bituminous Concrete 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19-9.50mm graded metal and 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm graded metal and 0.26cum of 2.36mm & below metal with 45.27 Kgs of 60/70 bitumen & 5.03 Kgs of Plastic Waste (Total = 50.30 Kgs) and for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 - 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 40mm / 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified graded and cross sections and compaction by vibratory roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 - 30 tonnes CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required including all other incidental charges etc., complete using CMP clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and laying of hot applied themoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorsing glass beads at 250gram/sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as IRC 35.The finished to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete as per MORT and H specification no. 803
