Preparation of final ammonia prints of diagrams in A-3 size after tracings are approved by Railways, in four sets for final submission with one set of diagrams in transparent 06 polythene bag/lamintion. (only two sheets shall be placed on one polythene bag/laminated each). Every set shall be set in a plastic folder of A3 size and of good quality. The final approved tracings will be handed over to contractor by railway for this purpose and contractor will return back the same after taking out the prints for stations having less than 20 routes.(v)for major yards and stations having more than 200 routes.

If it is less, then the width and depth shall be suitably increased and accordingly proportionate payment shall be made. In case depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions, proportionate payment will be made as per procedure. Termination of Tail cable inside the point machine through bend pipe this includes preparatory work of pulling the cables, and peeling out the insulation, dressing and lacing after 49 termination etc., pulling of tail cable as per circuit requirement inside point machine through bend pipe, termination of cables on terminal blocks as per instruction of site supervisor the cable shall be entered in such a way that, armouring shall protect the cable near sharp edge of entry point and armouring shall be clamped between pipe fixing bracket and boy of point machine.

This 51 includes loosing of existing cable coils without any damage. The excavated soil shall be back filled after shifting of Location Boxes. Location box along with its foundation shall be shifted by push method with the help of jacks or by crane by contractors own expenditure under instructions of engineer in-charge at site. Any minor repairs in foundation due to patching shall also be carried out by contractor as per instruction of Engineer incharge. The work may affect train working hence the work shall be done as per margin only or during traffic block only.

"Transferring of signalling/Telecom cables from existing location box to New location box . The work include breaking/dismantling of existing foundation of locations, excavating and removing / segregating coils of this cables which may be of about 10 mtr in length. These cables are then to be disconnected and removed from the existing locations one by one as per the instructions and under the supervision of railway staff present at site. The cable is then to be inserted and 53 terminated in new location box. The item includes neatly dressing of cables marking wiring tree etc. The material required for dressing / lacing will be arranged by contractor at its own cost. The work is required to be done systematically and with due precaution during the night block of 2.00 - 2.30 hrs each or within the time that may be allowed. The excavation work to be done carefully without damaging the cables to avoid undue failures. "Splicing/ dropping/termination of each fiber/pigtail in LIU/IO box/terminal joint through fusion splicing for termination of OFC cables. The fibers terminated shall be tested and test report (hard copy and soft copy) shall be submitted to the Railways site in-charge for records. each fiber shall be properly marked with necessary ferrules/tags, as per following specification: i) The optical fibre cables shall be entered in to the rack through cable entry and using the cable guides. ii) The loosened ends of the fibres and pigtails shall be properly prepared for termination in to the 68 already fixed LIU. iii) Each of the fibre shall be spliced with a pigtail by the method of fusion splicing using a Fusion Splicing Machine of standard reputed make. The splicing shall be done carefully by a skillful person. iv) The splices shall be carefully placed and well secured in the splice trays of the LIU. v) Each fiber / pigtail shall be properly marked with necessary ferrules/tags. vi) The extra length of the fibers / pigtails shall be coiled and placed and secured with cable ties. vii) The optical connectors of the pigtails shall be placed into the patch panel as per the numbering of fibers. viii) All of the terminated fibers shall be tested with OTDR and test report (Hard copy and Soft copy) shall be submitted to the Railways site In-charge for records."

Design and supply of Detailed signalling circuits including Panel diagram (if required), Route section plan, Selection table, Fuse & negative tag. analysis, Contact analysis, Relay rack arrangement and wire count sheets etc. in A3 size. Completion circuit shall be plotted in AutoCAD. The contractor shall initially supply 2 sets of circuits duly signed by the circuit designer having substantial experience on design side for making such circuits, complete for approval of Railways. 15 Railways will return one set of circuit to the contractor duly approved with alterations / corrections, if any. The contractor shall incorporate Railway's alterations/corrections in the original tracings & CD without any deviation and submit two copies of the modified circuits. Original tracings so modified & final CD complete in all respects along with 6 sets of final approved circuits (out of which one set shall be supplied in transparent bags. Only two sheets of circuits shall be placed in one bag each) shall be submitted to the Railways in case there are no further alteration suggesged by Railways. Preparation of final ammonia prints of diagrams in A-3 size after tracings are approved by Railways, in four sets for final submission with one set of diagrams in transparent 16 polythene bag/lamintion. (only two sheets shall be placed on one polythene bag/laminated each). Every set shall be set in a plastic folder of A3 size and of good quality. The final approved tracings will be handed over to contractor by railway for this purpose and contractor will return back the same after taking out the prints for stations having less than 20 routes.(ii)for stations having Routes <=50

No.CR/S&T/SK-815 for sigg. Equipment such as lever frames, 30 apparatus case, signals, relay racks, block instruments, and etc. as per RE manual.
