Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq.m each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed surfaces including removing disposable materials from worksite outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply & fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side as gap insert for top rails bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitting in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing butt Hinges, stainless steel, 100 mm size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing aluminium handle cast type anodised 125 mm size etc ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed, 150 mm length of bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq.m and n exc 2 sq.m each and refixing in the same opening after rescuring / easing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick Factory made plain framed , panelled shutter ( two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 ( Part I) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated wooden /wood based materials surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,over 10 cm width or girth and painting two coat with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and distempering walls by applying one coat of acrylic based distemper emulsion of any tint/shade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern of capacity 9-10 litres, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and connection to pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs vitreous China with Squatting pan, Orissa' pattern size 580 mm x 440mm with integral footrests water closet) with 'P' or 'S' trap front or back inlet complete including lime concrete for beeding, connection to drain pipe and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs vitreous China white wash down water closet (padestal pattern) , plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with recessed bottom and cover and mild steel CP hinging device, polyethylene flush pipe of low or high density 32 mm dia for cistern complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dados , skirting and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Rendering shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor).

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over 20 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm and , in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over 10 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Rendering shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor).

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc. and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm and , in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over 20 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)
