REPAIR OF EXISTING PUMP HOUSE (2 NOS. )

Concrete with 40 mm gauge First class brick ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 1:6:12 in foundation and floors including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of M.S. angle iron chaukhats of 40 mm x40 mmx5 mm with M.S. sheet door shutter including simple moulding straightg work as in chaukhats and also supply of all materiaI,Iabour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Mild steel in reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work wrought to required shape as necessary including welding for proper completion of work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and over lapping.

25 mm thick (1:2:4) plain cement concrete floor with cement, coarse sand and 20 mm gauge approved stone grit, laid in panels, finished with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 1:5 as specified over and including 75 mm thick base concrete consisting of cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge first class brick ballast in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any overlapping of mortar at the joints of panels if any and given them uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Same as item no 6 above but 40 mm thick over base concrete consisting of cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge first class brick ballast in the proportion of 1:4:8. For construction of apron 0.6 m wide.

R.C.C. work with cement,coarse sand and 20 mm gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in sun shed and lintel on doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 0.50 mm thick binding wire and the cost of binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering supply of all materiaI,Iabour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of 1mm thick sheet iron panelled door/window shutters including supply and fixing and adjustment of Cleats, stops, hinges, locks, bolts, handlers, spring and other fittings. (Excluding suply of Fittings).

Supply of oxidized iron fittings of approved make for doors and window.
