Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/ dense soil each hole n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, stays, laying of UG cable/ pipes & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning for underground cable protection including punning down sand in layers complete all as specified & directed Note: Only punned thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement purposes

Supplying and laying common burnt clay sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 230 mm x 115 mm x 75 mm, laid perpendicular to axis of cable for protection of LT cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L road cutting of size 30 cm width x 45 cm depth for laying of cables including making good the road with necessary returning filling and bituminious portion with concrete and bituminious mixture and cemented portion with PCC in 1:2:4 , 15 cm thick from top and matching the surfaces with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying GI pipe Light grade (ISI marked) 25mm bore with connecting accessories, laid under road/ drain/fixed on wall etc for protection of cables including taking down complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in CM 1:6 as in coping, kerbs, channels, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel framed work as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 290 Gde-E-165 Quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 11mm to 15mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed partrition using rolled sections of Fe 410-W Gde 250 Quality A as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16mm to 20mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10cm long and not exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&f pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering with cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation new steel and iron surfaces not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded, (two run for Phase and Neutral) copper conductor FR & LS grade cable of 1100V grade conforming to IS -694 drawn through and including new non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked, 20mm bore with conduit accessories concealed in wall/ floor and fixed on ceiling/ roof etc. including new pressed steel terminal boxes 1.6mm thick, concealed in walls with plastic laminated sheet cover 3mm thick as top cover fixed with cadmium plated screws for housing the switch sockets, outlets, fan regulator etc including provn of 1.5sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable of green colour for earth continuity and connecting to common earth dolly etc., complete all as specified and directed for:- (a) one bell point controlled by one switch

S & F electric bell, AC 230 Volts, single pole, multi music type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix switch bell push, flush type, single pole, 5 Amps, 240 volts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way, 5 Amps, 230 volts all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing factory made, MCB distribution board (MCB DB), IP 38, SPN, 2 way, 240 Volts, flush type made out of 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet metal, Phosphatised, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 13032, neutral link, earth bar and din rail etc. complete fixed in switch board/ wall complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Isolator DP 240 volts 40 Amp AC with necessary connection in existing panel/DB BOX complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Horizontal double mounting single phase 220/250V 6000RPM Range 2.0Km Audible 1/4 HP electrical operated siren fixed on wall/ roof with nut, bolt/ clamp complete all as specified and directed.

S & F double wall corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe for laying of electric cable of size 50mm outer diameter and 38mm inner diameter or suitable for 10Sqmm 2 core cable with IS 14930 (Part 2) 2001 and 6mm thickness laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for iron sheet of size 2.5' x 2.5' x 2.5' with a thickness of 8mm alongwith suitable size of clamps/ nut bolts for fixing on roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chemical earthing with copper earth plate electorde 900 mm x600 mm x5 mm thick burried directly in earth pit not less than 4.7 m below normal ground level and complete size of pit 1.6 m x 1.6 m x 5 m, earth plate connected to copper earth strip of 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass/copper duly brazed earth strip protected with 40 mm bore medium grade GI pipe from electrode and upto and including the earth test point of gun metal/phosphorus bronze of size 75x 75 x 25 mm, 15 mm bore watering pipe medium grade GI pipe including funnel, wire mesh, providing alternate layers of thickness 10 cm each of charcoal, common salt and layers of thickness 10 cm each of Magnesium Sulphate including necessary excavation, returning in, filling, removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50m, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40 mm reinforcement with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 75mm centre to centre both ways, lifting handle 2 Nos of 12 mm dia MS round bar on both sides to be placed on and including MS angle iron frame 40 x 40x 5 mm complete all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M & L concealed sub main wiring with two single core cable of 4 sqmm PVC insulated , 1100 volt grade as per IS 694, with multistranded copper conductor in and including rigid PVC conduit (ISI Marked) including earthing wire of pvc insulated stranded 4 sq mm cable ,chess cutting including S/F of 20 mm dia PVC conduit with elbow,bends,couplers,tee, sunken boxes pressed steel box mounting fitting/junction boxes etc covered the conduit with cement mortar after drawing of electric cables and making good of disturbed surfaces and match with existing shade of wall/roof complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, testing and Commissioning cable XLPE insulated aluminium conductor,stranded, armoured, PVC sheathed, LT 1100 volt grade, heavy duty as per IS-7098 and providing suitable lugs and cable glands, laid in trenches/ ducts/fixed to wall/ roof/ poles including taking down existing cables complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes.

(a) 2 Core 6 Sqmm

(b) 2 Core 10 Sqmm
