Rearrangements of Refrigerant pipe lines and water drainage system of Air Conditioning units and covering with GI sheets for improving the building ambience of Telephone Bhawan, Bhubaneswar under 4G GR DC Mini DC project works.

Supplying of GI channel base of size 150mmx50mm with covering plate, made of 24 SWG GI sheet including cutting, bending, drilling holes for mounting the top cover, painting with two coats of primer etc. complete as required.

Supplying of GI channel base of size 100mmx50mm with covering plate, made of 24 SWG GI sheet including cutting, bending, drilling holes for mounting the top cover, painting with two coats of primer etc. complete as required.

Fixing of the above GI channel (at item no.1 & 2 above) on outer surface of wall/column with the help of safety belt, rope & scaffolding arrangement including drilling holes on the wall, fixing with screws & grips, laying/fixing of refrigerant pipes, drain pipe, fixing of the top cover of the channel etc. complete as required

Providing and laying of 25mm dia Fire retardant, corrosion free medium class U PVC pipe along with accessories i.e bends, sockets/couplers etc. confirming to IS 9537 - Part 3, for uPVC conduits, IS 3419:1988 for uPVC fittings and saddles/clamps etc. for drainage of condensate water of AC units i/c laying/fixing, cutting, threading etc. complete as required.

Dismantling the Indoor/Outdoor units of Split AC units along with accessories as follows as per the direction of the building incharge/Engineer in charge etc. as required.

Reinstallation of Indoor / Outdoor units of SAC units with refrigerant piping along with accessories etc. as follows complete as required.

Providing and fixing of suitable size L- shaped powder coated MS bracket (2 nos. per set ) for fixing of the outdoor unit of the split A/C units and fixing on wall with anchor bolts, drilling holes etc. complete as reqd.

Providing & laying of additional refrigerant copper pipe for suction & discharge line (size not less than 1/4" & 1/2" dia) or as recommended by the manufacturer along with expanded polythene foam insulation i/c cutting, brazing /making joint etc as reqd. The measurement shall be taken on linear basis for one circuit which includes suction & discharge line & foam insulation.

Supplying & laying of 3 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated & sheathed copper cable for electrical connection of indoor and outdoor units of ACs etc as reqd. (Finolex/L&T/Polycab/Havells)

Providing and laying U PVC (M class-ISI) pipe of size 20 mm /25mm dia along with all accessories and fixing on surface of wall with saddles/ C-clamps (if required) suitable for drainage of AC condensate water etc. as reqd.

General Servicing of 1.5 /2.0 TR SAC / WAC units of different make i/c cleaning the air filters, de-dusting the condenser and evaporator coils with the help of Blower and water servicing etc complete as reqd. (cleaning solutions if required shall also be provided).

Charging of Refrigerant gas R-22/R -407 / R -410 up to specified pressure for 1.5 TR WAC/ Split AC units after leak testing , leak rectification i/c testing for proper cooling of the AC units etc. as reqd.

Top up of R-22 / R-407 /R -410 gas in existing Window A.C /Split A.C units, i/c testing etc. as required.

Supply/wrapping of the foam insulation and insulation tape over the refrigerant pipes of the split AC units etc complete as required.

Painting of the refrigerant pipe lines of 3nos HPAC units (indoor units installed in 1st Floor and Condenser units installed on terrace of G+2 technical building) with two coats of approved colour and shade (Red colour for Discharge line pipes and Yellow colour for Suction line pipes) etc. complete as required. (For NIB Exchange)

Providing and making scaffolding arrangements for G+2 building (approx height of 15 Mtrs) for fixing of refrigerant pipes and drain pipes of Split AC units on the outer surface of the wall and dismantling/removing the same after completion of the work etc. complete as required. (1 job each for left wing and right wing of the building)

Manual shifting of the scaffolding arrangement from one column of the building to the next column with the help of manual labour etc. complete as required.
