M & L for preparing pavement joints by removal of (taking out) the existing sealant bituminous or any other compound to a depth as directed, by chiseling from the joints, cleaning the joints portion throughly and grinding side of joint with grinding machine to make the surface free from dust faces of bitumen or any other sealing compound without distrubing the pavement, then finally cleaning the joint with compressed air by air blower etc. Providing backup material (polyprophylene backup rod) of suitable width 20 to 25% more than width of joint as per available space in the pavement joints and also to maintain a depth (min 10mm ) to accommodate joint sealant as specified. Priming both sides of the joint surface upto the top level of back material with specified primer and apply polyurethene base joint sealant properly leaving 3 mm gap from top surface of concrete as per manufacturer's instruction using masking tape to avoid accidental spillage, size of joint 26 to 30 mm wide and 50 mm average depth complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Tender attention is invited to the depth of pavement joint required to be cut. In case of extra cutting tenderer needs to make good with suitable filler as directed at his own cost. (ii) Fly wheel, spatula, trangular pallet knife etc to be used to maintain the recess and to give aesthetics.

All as per item No 01 above but size of joint is 21 to 25 mm wide and 44 mm avg depth.

All as per item No 01 above but size of joint is 16 to 20 mm wide and 38 mm avg depth.

All as per item No 01 above but size of joint is 10 to 15 mm wide and 32 mm avg depth.

M&L for Repair to broken spalled edges of joints pot holes etc of existing concrete slabe by forming square/recangular grooves with diamond/Mach cutter wider towards bottom to from key with the existing quality concrete cleaning / dusting the grooves using compressed air to remove all dust and dirt by air blower and repairing with Nitomortor - 30 after applying epoxy primer Nito prime -25 and applying one coat of Nitocoate UR - 512 over epoxy mortor , finished all as manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DTGM board of size 1219mm X 1524mm made of engineering polymers haveing monolithic structure to withstand temperature variation from extrem cold condition to swetting hot condition.structure specially reinforced with Antimony trioxide and Mithyl Amine acrylat to withstand high velocity winds incl steel structure base made of MS angle size 50x50x6mm and embeded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate incl pesting illuminated radium sticker for alphabet/numericals on both side as per manufactures instruction including dismantling of the old DTGM board. complete all as specified and directed. Make-M/S Vibgyor Industries or equivalent.

Cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brush-wood, under-growth, roots as site clearance for execution of work on soft/loose/hard soil for making approach to area drain and removing the material to outside ARC land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/dressing away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brush-wood, under-growth, roots and cleaning of silts/debris of existing area drainage (Inside Surface of drain and inside sides of drain) upto 5 mtr width and having height/depth n.exc 1.5m from ground level as site clearance by mechanical/ manual process for smooth flow of water and removing the material to outside ARC land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brush-wood, under-growth, roots and cleaning of silts/debris of existing area drainage (Inside Surface of drain and inside sides of drain) exc 1.5m and upto 6m width and having height exc 1.5m and upto 3 m from ground level as site clearance by mechanical/ manual process for smooth flow of water and removing the material to outside ARC land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials, within 100M and disposal of unserviceable materials,debris and rubbish to a distance not exc 100m complete all as specified and directed.
