Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber with 3 mm thick MS sheet cover and 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with locking arrangements of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x1200 mm (internal size), depth 500 mm, brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, internal walls plastered with 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement, 40 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation 75 mm thick with and including necessary excavation & earth work in soft / loose soil Complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and lifting the existing non functional submersible pump sets with dismantling existing bend from non return valve, removing and lifting out submersible pump sets of any description and capacity and in any position alongwith existing column pipe 80mm dia and submesible cable of any size from borewell 150/200mm (approx 30mtr ).

Lowering down the serviceable submersible pump sets of any description and in any position and in any capacity in borewell alongwith the column pipe 80mm dia and submersible cable of any size complete all as directed and making necessary electric connection and testing complete after lowering.

Dismantling and strip opening of submersible pump and motor of any description and in any position, transporting to workshop for servicing, overhauling, cleaning,greasing,removing and reassembling the pump and motor with proper alignment of both pump and motor, fixing in position connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge for the pumps 20/25 HP, 3 phase, 415volts,50Hz AC Supply complete all as specified and directed. Note :(I) The replacement of defective non functional parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of sch A. (ii) The rate of above item shall be deemed to include transportation to and from of pump, motor to workshop as approved by Engr-in-charge for necessary repair, alignment and testing of pump and motor at workshop.

Testing of collected water sample from NABL lab from AWC in period of one quarter from all necessary perameters which are directed by Engr -In - Charge complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling the submersible pump/ monoblock pump of 03 to 05 HP capacity, cleaning, repairing, overhauling ,winding and replacement of all unserviceable parts, nut, bolts, impellars, bushes, thrust bearing, clutch system, bowl assembly and repairing/replacement of pump shaft and re-assembling, commissioning and testing to make it operational / functional, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- All transportation /winding included in quoted rates .

M & L for repair of any type unserviceable starter suitable for 5 HP to 15 HP motor complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cleaning the area including uprooting of weeds/grass and removing creepers from fencing or pole/posts and brooming the complete area of substation around panels, borewells and sumps specified and directed.

M&L for spraying chemical (Glycel / Roundup and chemical composition Isopropyl amine salt of glyphoeate a.i.-40.60%, surfactant inert polyoxy ethylene amine 15.00 % & manufacturing Impurities 4.00% ) on area to remove unwanted vegetation / grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes - 1. Labour and equipments to spray chemical on required area shall be deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates of contractor. 2. Spray will be repeated quarterly or as per the directions of Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for repair of any type unserviceable starter suitable for 3 HP to 5 HP motor complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for painting to old chain link / MS XPM fencing and steel sections post with two coats aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red-oxide including preparation of old steel or iron surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and machine pressed precast concrete interlocking pavar block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed .

Surface excavation n. exc .30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in old filling of stone aggregate and screening /segregating inc spreading material complete for borewell subsations or for making path way .

S & F water supply system layout plan made of acrylic sheet of 2mm thick with interior lighting arrangement in cubical enclosure of size 2mtr X 1.5 mtr including hanging on wall and connecting to existing socket . Note :- Rough layout plan shall be printed and get approved from GE /AGE E/M for final printing on Acrylic sheet.

Repair and overhauling incl Dismantling/taking down all electrical and mechanical connection of twin lobe blowers model No (Make:- Everest) capacity ,pressure 0.37 kg/cm and servicing hole body, change gear oil/lubricant and V belt,overhauling of the same including refixing and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- spare parts and gera oil/lubricant shall be measured and paid including supply of following materials: (a) Servo gear oil super 90, Make indian oil (b) Bearing as per sample for air blowers model No -610FS (c) Gasket kit as per sample for air blowers model No -610FS (d) Oil sealas per sample for air blowers model No -610FS (e) V-belt as per sample for air blowers model No -610FS (f) Air filteras per sample for air blowers model No -610FS

Taking down Turbine motor of 7.5 HP/ 5 HP capacity from existing position for carring out repair works and re-assembling ,re-installing the pump set in original position for the following capacity. Note:- Spare parts ,winding wire required for renewal will be paid seperately

Pumping out sewage water from sludge drying beds and disposing the same as directed and a distance exc 50 mtr and nexc 100 mtr (volum of watew to be measured and paid) incl Hiring of pump set of required capacity complete all as specified and as directed for 250 KLD plant .

Dewatering the equalisation tank capacity 40000 Ltrs (Approx) with the help of mud pump and removal of complete sludge and cleaning inside, descaling with wire brush internal surface of tank and scraper unit floculator and washing fresh water two times with bleaching powder all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Make a temporary arragement of sewage disposal by existing adhoc pump to approx 100 mtrs far from STP. 2. Work is in running condition and the contractor is required to take necessary safety precautions and arrange safety mask, hand gloves etc 3. Arragement of mud pump set for dewatering at his own expense. Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the above aspect.

M& L for dewatering with help of mud pump and Manning for cleaning of MBBR tanks of compartments of each 1.6m dia and height 6m size and removing all the settled solid sludge or any other type of material and through out side MD Land and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (250 KLD)

M & L for dewatering with help of mud pump and Manning for cleaning of tube settler tank of size 3m x 2mx 3m height (approx) and removing all the settled deposited fungus or any other type of bio-fouling and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out carbon filter from ACF tank and replacing with fresh carbon/ anthracite chemically treated incl servicing and cleaning the filters complete all as directed Note :- Media to be paid seperately

M&L for taking out sand bed from cylinderical DMF tank and replacing the same with chemically treated filter beds viz. pebbles, sand etc chemically treated. Note :-Media to be paid seperately

(iv) Complete cleaning of grits and channels daily. (v) Brooms and cleaning materials will be arranged by the contractor (vi) During the cleaning safety equipments will be supplied/arranged by the contractor. (vii) POL will be collected from MES store yard under Sch B free for use ,by the contractor at his own arrangements.For record purposes PRRB shall be maintained. (viii) Removing the algae/ sludge in the tube settler and keeping the surrounding area clean daily and removing vegetations etc failing which recovery of Rs. 200/- per day shall be made. (ix) Mixing of the chemicals as directed . B. Maintaining the following records :- (i) Record of chemical consumption (ii) Record of treated water and electricity consumption (log sheet) (iii) Record of DG set daily running (log sheet) (iv) Record of water meter reading (v) Log sheet for records shall be supplied by the contractor after approval of format by GE/Engineer-in-charge. (vi) Chemicals will be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (vii) Diesel and engine oil for DG set shall be issued under Sch 'B' as free for Use . (viii) Contractor shall ensure that treated sewage water shall confirm to the following characteristics:- (i) TSS : < 10 mg/litre (ii) BOD : < 10 mg/litre (iii) COD : < 150 Mg/litre (iv) Ph : 6.5 - 8.5 (v) Total Coliform : < 100 MPN/100 ml (desired nil) (vi) Residual CI < 1 mg/litre C. The STP should be run 24 Hrs daily basis . The contractor should deploy are skilled experienced staff for maintenance and operation of STP for 24 Hrs .

Carrying samples for Testing of treated water of STP ,submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE. Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500 of 1991 mandatory for chemicals, colour, odour, PH value, TSS, BOD, COD, Total residual chlorine, total Nitrogen, Sulphate, oil and grease , Ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total coliform organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E colliie in 100 ml.

Testing of Sewage water as per relevant IS of STP , submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per revlevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value, TSS, BOD,COD total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms and other charaterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water. Notes for Srl item No 5 & 6:- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilised bottle as required (ii) To and fro transportation charges for collection of sample
