Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in Soft/ Loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.

S & F Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm (machine made) with hexoganal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc. 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends for securing chain link fencing, conforming to IS Fe 290-W(Gde.E-165), quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc, and including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing, of any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts,including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm (minimum) thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and including rubbing and polishing and laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in skirting, dado, riser of steps, plinth, etc, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers of 10mm thick and 5mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling of chajja etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and over a thin layer of wall care putty to obtain smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated wall surfaces and including applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and over a thin layer of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and including applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up / down 80mm bore steel tubing CI pipeline and connections from trenches / floor / wall, from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron pressure pipe, class K-9 of 80mm bore (as per IS 9523/2000, PN 10) of any length with Socket & Spigot with necessary titan ring joint and accessories complete confirming to IS: 8329/2000 (Latest amendment) ISI marked, in standard length with cement mortar lining inside the pipes with outside Zinc coating with finished layer of black bitumen/ blue epoxy synthetic resin laid in trenches and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make- KCL /LANCO/ KESORAM/ ZINDAL/ TATA or equivalent.

S&F Jointing and testing of CI/DI Air relese valve conforming to IS-14845/2000 with double orifice 100 mm bore suitable for installation in 200/300 mm dia CI/DI pipe line including nut,bolts,whasers and gasket joint including taking out complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl. item No. 36.00 above but suitable for 80mm

S & F Sluice valve 80mm with both end flanged with iron wheel handle for clockwise closing brass spindle heavy duty PN-1.6 class. Conforming to IS-14846/2000 including gasket joint nut, bolts & washers all as requirement of site including dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable sluice valves 80mm bore pipeline or fixed to new position incl cutting/provisioning etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
