Construction of Parking Project for Municial Corporation Solan near Thodo Ground ward No.7 Solan Teh. and Distt. Solan (HP) Deposit work

Excavation in ordinary rock in foundation and trenches by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in all heights and depths, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock, with chiselling and wedging out of rock;(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including ,dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site, according to the H.P.PWD. specification of 1990 volume-I and sorting out useful & unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and levelling of surplus excavated earth on approved dumping sites (to be arranged by the contractor including payment of prescribed dumping charges of Municipal Committee / Local body if levied any) through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and labour (if any required) .All useful materials, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted along road side to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used / removed as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects, including all incidental charges.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and filling of hard stone for under floor thick at site complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete nominal mix 1:5:10 (one cement isto five sand isto ten graded stone aggregate 40mm (fourty milimeters) nominal size) Mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete in open foundations and plinths for all type of structure including the cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per H.P. PWD. specification including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing as per H.P. PWD. specification including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts Circular complete

Stairs, (excluding landings) except spiral stair cases

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level as per H.P. PWD. specification including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation, plinth and superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per HP.PWD. specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.
