SH:- Finishing

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.

a) Two or more coats on new work.

SH:- Repair to Building

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead :

a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

a) Old work (one or more coats) .

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

a) One or more coats on old work.

French spirit polishing :

a) One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

SH:Dismantling & Demolishing

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

SH: Misc. Item

Grouting with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with water proofing chemical of pidilite, Dr. Fixit or equivalent in required proportion for flat tile bricks on top of mud phaska as per direction of E-in-Charge.

Supply of Unskilled labour for carry out necessary labour work etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in charge.

Supply of carpenter / Plumber for carry out necessary repairs to Doors and windows , Fittings and fixtures etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in charge.
