Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil ( Loam,clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 M,and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplush earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches (Where machine con not reach/move) For building work only,(Excluding royalty) (Chap-04 251)

Cement Concrete with 4cm gauge approved Stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proporation of 8:4:1 inculuding supply of all materail labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion.

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 4 Cm gauge approved stone grit in proporation of 1:2:4 in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and lits bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and supply of all material, labour and T&P etc.requried for proper compaction of work.Binding wire of Supplied by the contractor free of cost.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications complete as per MORTH IInd Revision 2019 Specification 1600.

Providing and fixing inaurgation stone including supply of all material labour T&P etc
