Clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. complete and M&L for applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (Make :- FEOVERT of Krishna Conchem or Roff rust cleaner of Piddilite or Dr. Fixit Rust removal or ShaliRust of STP Ltd as approved by GE). on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wirebrushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Epoxy based Zinc primer in a span of four hours over the treated rebars and allow to dry for six hours. (Make : - Corroseal-ZR of Krishna Conchem or Dr. Fixit Epoxy zinc primer as approved by GE) by brush complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning all loose laitance on the concrete substrate and applying one coat of epoxy bonding agent (Make :- monobond SBR of Krishna Conchem or Dr. Fixit epoxy bonding agent or Shalicrete URP of STP Ltd. as approved by GE) on exposed concrete surface to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying concrete protection coating on finished structural members exposed to atmosphere (Make :- IPNET of Krishna Conchem or New Coat from Dr. Fixit as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes. Works shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the carck with a liberal application of the epoxy putty.

M&L for Injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement, sand water with addition of plasticizers (Make :- Epoxy grout - Dr. Fixit Epoxy injection or EPCO KP-HP-250 of M/s Krishna Conchem or Shaligrout EI of STP Ltd as approved by GE) & migratory corrosion inhibitors, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency ,Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Injecting low viscosity (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including,Mixing of materialas:Mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching.Grouting:Fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor (Make :-EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT or Ferogard 903 as approved by GE). Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressureat exit(2 to 3kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles omplete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel complete all as specified and directed.

Complete Removal of existing water proofing treatment ofany description up to concrete surface of roof slab including cleaning, with wire brushing, watering, removal of debris upto 1500 m distance complete all as specified and directed NOTE :- Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of PVC water storage tank wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work

M&L for cleaning the new surfaces concrete with wire brushing and applying water proofing treatment as under complete all as specified and directed.:- (i) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 Litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Litre at 25 degree cesius on the pepared dry roof surface. (ii) Laying torch applied APP polymer modified membrane 4mm thick with non-wooven ployster mat as reinforcement weighing n.less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm mineral finished by thermo fusion process all as decribed under particular specification (iii) Over the membrane, provide a finishing with two coats of Solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufactures. Note :- work shall be executed by authorised applicator

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured separately

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) roof or chajja padding of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete and PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of 1000 ltrs capacity (cylinderical vertical with closed top)two layered with ISI branded hoisted and including all accessories (union, washer coupling, tank nipple etc) covers, connecting up pipes fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part - 1 including dismantling of water tank capacity 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

OUTER SHELL :- The outer shell shall be made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA body & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame with front & back openable, single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size of glands. The dimension of the outer shell shall be adequate to accommdodate inner shell described below 50 mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell alongiwth its control gears and accessories should be taken outside without disturbing outer sheel. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal coated stand. Provision of threaded earthing studs at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computer cut self adhesive vinly danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provided. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-65. INNER SHELL :- Inner shel made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA body compartmentalized for each control gear, front openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated fancy locks (2 Nos in each compartment) having louvers and air vents gasket for natural flow of air "U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accomodate incomer/outgoing MCCB's and TPN aluminium bus bar and extension links of rating not less than the 1.5 times rated capacity of the respective MCCB's. The TPN bus bar and exension links shall be insulated with colour coaded heat, shrikable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class through out the length of the TPN bus bar. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provoid on bus bar chamber. All control wires shall be with not less than 2.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequite size of lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x50mm duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm zinc metal coated should be used at the bottom, indicating lamps LED type, 230 Volt, AC at the incomer of the unit to show three phase availablity at the incomer. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 and carry the following control :-

With adjustable over load,short circuit ,ground fault & fixed instantanous neutral protection, conforming to IS/IEC-60947-2 including spreader terminal kit -03 Nos(2 W + 1 spare ) (b)Digital type Voltmeter three phase class 0.5, 96X 96 mm flush mounted case with adeqaute CT arrangemnt - 1 No (c)Digital type Ammeter three phase class 0.5, 96X 96 mm flush mounted case with adeqaute CT arrangemnt - 1 No (d) LED INDICATORS RIBBED LENS WITH TRIMMED COLLAR - Red, Yellow and Blue - 1 Set (RYB) (e) Aluminium bus bar of Rating 200 Amp R-Y-B phases and Neutral. M&L ready mix plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces on walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L ready mix plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including integral liquid water proof admixture @ 200ml per bag of cement on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth and with moist curing complete all as specified and directed.

Anti-carbonation coating having the following properties :- (a) Vapour permeability - < 0.13 ASTM D1653 (b) Diffusion resistance Co2: Min : 22.00g/(sqm d) (c) Diffusion air layerthickness : Min 11.00/m Din (d) 53122 pt I adhesion min: 2.00 ASTM d-4541 (e) Tensile strength Min 1.5 Mpa (f) ASTM D 2370 , allow to cure for 72 hrs.

M&L for filling all visible cracks joints in floor slab etc with Polymeric joint sealeant (Make :- Chemistik Conjioint 50 or equivalent as approved) by first priming with polymeric joint primer (make : Primer 10 or equivalent as approved). Thereafter, apply one bond coat Epoxy Tac Coat (Make :- Chemistik EP TAC 404 or equivalent as spproved) prior to laying M-15 concrete in 30mm thickness laid to level to finish. Allow to moist cure for 7 days complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed.

M&L for applying on new concrete or plastered surfaces one coat of tank waterproof coating (Make :- Chemistik CW 100 G or equivalent as approved) ,allow to cure for 72 hrs. Thereafter, applying three coats of Chemistik Epoxy Slurry mortar heavy duty tank coating at an interval of 4-6 hrs between each coat complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed.

M&L providing the following treatment to water reservoir complete all as per manufacturer specifications and complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Wire brushing, cleaning the surfaces of walls , removing loose dirt, dust, gravel etc on external top and side wall surfaces. (ii) Fill all cracks, joints with Chemistik Primer 10 and filling the same with Chemistik Conjoint-50 (Polymeric joint sealant) , allow to cure for 72 hrs. (iii) Apply one coat of Chemistik CW-100G (Tank water proof coating) allow to cure to 24 hrs. (iv) Apply two coats of Chemistik ACP 100 (Anti-carbonation paint) allow to cure for 72 hrs . Anti carbonatnion coating to have following properties:- (a) Vapour permeability - < 0.13 ASTM D1653 (b) Diffusion resistance Co2: Min : 22.00g/(sqm d) (c) Diffusion air layerthickness : Min 11.00/m Din (d) 53122 pt I adhesion min: 2.00 ASTM d-4541 (e) Tensile strength Min 1.5 Mpa (f) ASTM D 2370 , allow to cure for 72 hrs.

M&L for scaling/volumetric marking with thick paint on internal surfaces of static water tank/ mild steel surface including all necessary preparation . complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Epoxy Resin Based Concrete Bonding Agent for proper bonding between old surface with micro-concrete/new surface. The bonding agent shall be a two component solvent free epoxy supplied as ready to use at site. The product shall have a minimum pot life of 120 Min at 35°C and an open time of atleast 4-6 Hours @ 30°C up to which new concrete can be poured. It shall develop a minimum compressive strength of 40 MPa and a bond Strength of 11 MPa complete all as specified and directed. M&L for applying ready to mix cement polymer plaster with high quality polymer additives (Polymer plaster) with 4 MPa compressive strength of required thickness over the entire cleaned surfaces including all tools and tackles, etc. in damaged areas in 40 to 50 mm thickness including leveling profliling etc complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Krishna Conchem, STP or equivalent as approved.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using (40 mm graded stone aggregate) , 75mm thick as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified & directed

Supply only Metallic floor hardener complete all as specified and directed

M&L for machine cut broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 63mm as in hard core n exc 150mm thick spread and levelled including watering & ramming complete all as specified and directed.
