Providing/fitting of 200 mm diameter Foot valve of pumping unit no. 01 at LIS Manda-II after replacing the existing damaged foot valve by way of extracting the foot valve from the canal by cutting flange ,rusted nuts, bolts with gas cutter by using manual labour and suitable tools & tackles. The job involves shifting of new 200mm dia foot valve to site of LIS by using mechanical transport and manual labour . The job includes welding of the new flange ( 1 nos.) on the suction pipe . The job also includes lowering of the foot valve into the canal and fitting of foot valve on the suction pipeline of pumping unit with rubber gaskets , nuts and bolts by using skilled labour and suitable tools & tackles. The job includes the cost of material, carriage and hire charges of material and tools and tackles required for the job, labour charges for skilled and semi skilled labour at site L.I.S.

Providing/fitting of 150 mm diameter non return valve PN 1.6 of pumping unit no. 01 installed at LIS Manda-II after replacing the existing damaged non return valve by way of cutting flanges of the MS pipes, rusted nuts, bolts with gas cutter. The job involves shifting of new 150mm dia non return valve to site of LIS by using mechanical transport and manual labour . The job further involves fitting of flanged ends cast iron non return valve on the delivery side of pumping unit with rubber gaskets , nuts and bolts on the delivery pipeline by using skilled labour and suitable tools & tackles. The job further involves replacement of rusted M.S delivery pipe by way of providing/fitting of new 150mm dia M.S suction pipe, 6mm thickness ( 4m approx.) including welding of the flanges at the both ends of pipe. The job includes the cost of material, carriage and hire charges of material and tools and tackles required for the job, labour charges for skilled and semi skilled labour at site L.I.S.
