Providing Plain Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one cement foursand and Eight Coarse aggregate)) using 40mm ISS gauge size hard broken including cost conveyance of all materisl to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in postion including labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curring etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying & Erecting RCC centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five Sand ) using best quality of Stock bricks 2nd class of size 9x 41/2 x 3 including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification.

Plastering c.m 1:5 (one cement and five sand) mix to a thick of 12mm using clean screened sand and including the cost of curing for 15 days from the completion of work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc complete complying as per MORTH Specifications. TNDSS No.56 & 57

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for doors. Windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outermembers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats new iron work for doors, windows and ventilators using iron bars, window grills weld mesh screen in opt courtyard etc., with two coat synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and color including priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
