B/R PORTION:- M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on concrete surface, roof top surfaces in cement mortar ( 1:4) including water proofing compound and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 40 mm thk PCC (1:2:4) Bo using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling padding course over RCC roof surface including rounded or chamferred on edges etc., with approved water proofing compound all as per manufacturer's instructuions on the roof surface to achieve requisite slope complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of in dustrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Chipping of slab/columns/ beams/chajjas /parapet /roof projection/ balcony/ staircase and removing loose mortar with chisel hammer without much impact on concrete surface, clean the surface by sand blasting the surface using river sand with minimum of 6 kg pressure at the nozzle or air blow by electric pressure blower by mechanical compressor, cleaning the exposed reinforcement with wire brushes etc and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Scaffolding/ temporary support structure required to support the members / structure during strengthening shall be include in this items

M&L for applying bond coat cum waterproofing on the prepared old surface of concrete/masonry to receive new polymer mortar/polymer modified mortar with two coats of Slurry- @ approximately 2- 2.5 m2 / litre depending on substrate porosity of Fosroc Nitobond SBR300 or equivalent Equivalent etc as per manufacturer specifications. Laying of reinstatement readymade plaster/polymer mortar shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This bond coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :The rate quoted by contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20mtr height.

M&L for applying to the damaged concrete portion of slab / columns / beams / chajjas/ parapet /roof projection/ balcony/ staircase with single component, fiber reinforced, dual shrinkage- compensated thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar Sika monotop 122F (having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications) capable of applying up to 20-30 mm thick in double layer initially by hand and finishing with troweled carefully compacting the same around the rebar and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface with an average specified thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Scaffolding/ temporary support structure required to support the members / structure during strengthening shall be include in this items

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk

M&L for Granite of black / green / imperial red (colour as approved by GE) of any type machine cut as in shelves/steps/counter tops, 20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed or 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab or with suitable adhesive for fixing on unpolished kota stone slabs and including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing and bull nose on exposed sides complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.

M&L for marble (colour as approved by Accepting Officer) of any type machine cut Marble work 16 to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, partition of kitchen, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
