Dismantling & Re-installation of Solar PV Module including all hardware & allied material as required (Cable/wire/lugs/MC4 Connectors/all hardware/structure total module 70 nos total plant capacity 23.10 kwp:-
Note :- (a) Certified that above items incorporated for repair work not falls under contract (b) Dismantling of existing solar panel for servicing, with due care and diligence. Checking out all the loose connections and repairing the Broken Foundation, DC Cables damaged (due to Monkey Menace), Earthing strip damaged alongwith connected accessories. (c) The scope of work includes but not limited to dismantling of existing solar module, proper stacking, removal from existing building to ground floor by means of stairs, use of scalffolding as per site conditions & as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Shifting & stacking of solar PV Module from site to designated nearest store for proper upkeep of material. (d) Removal of Module mounting structure complete in all respect inclding any new structure/harware required as per site condition. (e) Testing or existng Module by measuring Voc & imp at site through calibrated equipments will be in contractor scope, if any module found faulty during the same shall be replaced with new module of same specifications & approved make as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (f) Laying of DC Cable thru conduits/Cable trays as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (g) Stringing of solar module & interconnection of DC Cable till inverter will be in contract scope
(h) Final Testing reports of all retrofitted solar plant shall be submitted by contractor. (j) Any other material as required for completion of work shall be in scope of contract. (k) All safety harness, scaffolding will be scope of contract. (l) Founds are available to meet the cost expdr, Ch 56/761/05. (m) Work is required under emergency & delay may be determinanatal to public service (ref MES ref table 'B' para 5 (b).
