Material and labour for disconnecting / dismantling / pulling out the existing UNSV 90 mm, HDPE , PE100, PN 16 water supply Pipe line, damaged Span which is of approx 720 Mtr length fixed between M. Dogri location to Samsung more over Pare-Chu River, after carefully disconnection of both ends of pipe line and span, opening of rings, clamps, nut bolts, broken span, UNSV Pipe lines etc and fixing of 22mm dia SWR with provision of foundation at both sides of size 1 m x 1m x 2.5m with PCC 1:2:4 and grouting of suitable size of I section MS girder , anchoring, the SWR of 22 mm dia at both ends and tightening of SWR with chain pulley / other suitable arrangement , fixing of pipe line of 75 mm dia HDPE PE100 PN 16 with proper jointing , clamping the joints with clamp, nut bolts, locking of main pipe line and commisioning with traper machine complete all as required and directed at site. Note 1. The Old materials like UNSV pipe line , clamp set, nuts, bolts, washers, broken span will be paid to conntractor against schedule of credit. 2. Rates are inclusive of labour and T&P (required for the job) , HDPE pipe, SWR materials will be paid separately as 'supply only' under respective item.

Supply only HDPE Pipe of Grade PE100, PN 16 of dia 75mm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Fixing charges are included under item No 1.

Supply only steel wire rope (SWR) of dia 22 mm for running the pipe on span over Pare-Chu River complete all as specified and directed. Make : Usha Martin NOTE:- Fixing charges are included under item No 1.

Material and Labour in replacement HDPE Pipe of Grade PE 100, PN 16 of dia 90 mm in trenches /surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in replacement HDPE Pipe of Grade PE100, PN 16 of dia 110 mm in trenches / surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement jointing clamps with internal teeth work for jointing the two ends of HDPE pipe PE 100, PN 16 of dia 75mm with the help of inserting in HDPE Pipe of dia 90 mm , clamps to be provided on both ends of 90 mm HDPE Pipe , including locking arrangment of clamps with each other with connecting TMT Bar, nuts, bolts & washers, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The GI tube and HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M & L in replacement cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and Labour in replacement HDPE Pipe, 6 Kgf/sqcm, from Water main reservoir to unit area, of dia 50 mm laid on wall/surface/underground, making leak proof joints , complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

All as per item No 8 above but of dia 40mm

Supply and fix GI in replacement tubing, medium grade of dia 80mm laid in trenches / surface/ floor etc complete all as specifed and directed.

S& F in replacement Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement three phase power contactor, 7.5 KW, 18 Amp in Motor starter panel complete all as specified and directed. Make :BCH Part No CE15D1N3 or equivalent make as per Appex 'B' as approved.

Supply and fix in replacement push button in Motor starter panel complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth in hard/dense soil for laying underground cables/ errection of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in ,incl spreading,levelling watering and well ramming in layer n exc .25 cm in soil each layer complete specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depostimg where directed at alevel n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/taking down old unserviceable damaged PPR pipe of 20 mm size from excavated trenches or from wall/floor including removing of fittings complete all as specified and directed .

Taking out/taking down old unserviceable damaged PPR pipe of 25 mm size from excavated trenches or from wall/floor including removing of fittings complete all as specified and directed .

Taking out/taking down old unserviceable damaged PPR pipe of 40 mm size from excavated trenches or from wall/floor including removing of fittings complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, Laying and testing 3 layer PP-R polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes, SDR 7.4 (PN-16) & SDR 11 UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R Plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fitting of size 20mm (outer diameter of pipe) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth wrok shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F PUF insulated, cylndrical tank, of capacity 500 Ltr, Vertical type, double layer duly filled with puf insulation of superior quality to resist in temp -30 to +35 degree centigrade alongwith hinged top lid of same material with locking arrangement and hoisted on platform complete with making pipeline connection with the following specification :-

(a) Inner tank will be double layered HDPE food grade material.

(b) Outer 4mm thick FRP jointless casing of tank.

(c) Thickness of PUF insulation shall be 75mm.

(d) Minimum density of PUF insulation shall be 44 kg per/cum + 10%.

S&F PUF insulated, cylndrical tank, of capacity 1000 Ltr ,Vertical type double layer duly filled with puf insulation of superior quality to resist in temp -30 to +35 degree centigrade alongwith hinged top lid of same material with locking arrangement and hoisted on platform complete with making pipeline connection with the following specification :-

(a) Inner tank will be double layered HDPE food grade material.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using, 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete ass as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary in 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with solid block exc. 10 cm width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on external surfaces of brickwork/concrete surface, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.
