Repair/replacement of existing unserviceable LT distribution panels, UG cables and other connected works at Bharatpur Lines at Mil Stn Dharamshala

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to underground cables with a layer of sand 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after lying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sub class (B* brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & laying in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl No 6.0 here-in-before but size 70 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl No 6.0 here-in-before but size 50 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, one twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor size of 16 Sqmm, 2 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, one twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor size of 10 Sqmm, 2 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of existing unserviceable GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement replacement of existing unserviceable GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and testing UG LT PVC insulated armoured heavy duty cable end terminal joints (heat shrinkable) of of size 25-50 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and testing UG LT PVC insulated armoured heavy duty cable end terminal joints (heat shrinkable) of of size 70-150 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink, Indoor/Outdoor type and accessories suitable for 3.5/ 4 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminuim conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink, Indoor/Outdoor type and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminuim conductor cable of size 70-150 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of LT cable route indicator reading "MES LT UG 1100 V cable" and route of cable with arrow, made out of CI in square shape of size 200mm x 200mm x 10mm with 150mm leg, fixed in PCC pre-cast block of 250mm x 250mm x 1000mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cutting of existing road/ floor/ plinth/drain for taking out/laying of UG cable through GI pipe including necessary earth work not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and 0.50 mtr in width and making good to match with existing surface with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable MCCB any size/capacity with MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps 50 KA, MCCBs microprocessor release,overload adjustable = 0.4 to 1 x Inshort circuit adjustable 2.5 to 10 x Ir (250-400A) 2.5 to 8 x Ir (630A) time delay 0.1 - 0.2 sec. & suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc including minor required additional/alternation for fixing and connecting up of MCCB, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Hager Cat Part No HNC251H or equivalent in Schnider/Indoasian. Note: Rate of extended terminal deemed to be included in item of rate.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6mm (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of GI and GI strip protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 40mm bore upto test point including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 3 mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metres long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5 metre long galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6mm size and protection pipe of 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade.
