S&F for Mild Steel dia neck in 20mm rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, exc 30cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Mild Steel Rolled sections as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces of Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A , cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 1.2 mm thick Galvalnised steel manufactured from hot dipped zinc coated high strength steel with 550 Mpa min yield strength and coating mass of Z275 (min 275 g/m2 total of zinc coating on both sides) with 12.33 kg/m2 min self weight for floor slab in ramp complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as manufacturers instruction and as directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, and straight flashing, roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Aluminium flat , wind ties of any size fixed with self tapping screws of size 40/50mm with integral EPDM washer screwed in roof covering, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing & fixing false ceiling with semi perforated 10mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 4 76 (part 4 )-1970, One side PVC Laminated and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1 OOOmm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on brick/block or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete or block masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound on top layer as per manufactures instructions(or 3% by weight of cement) and finishing the top surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule as supply only.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.( Note : WPC may apply as per manufactures instruction or 3% by the wt of cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for UV treated outdoor grade Aluminium Composite Panels exterior rated, consisting of two aluminium skins of minimum 0.5 mm thickness each bonded to a fire retardant miniral filled core, with overall panel thickness of 6 mm finished with 25 micron PVDF (Kynar 500/Hylar 5000) coating on the external face and service coating on the internal face, in approved colour fixed in the fabricated doors and fixed amuminium partitions complete as directed by the engineer in charge

S&F for power coated aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators and partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing, clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for powder coated aluminium window, three track sliding type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, suitable handle (1 No) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 5.5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality, in squares n. exc 0.5sqm each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS framed work such as fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PVC coated GI chain link fencing 3.5mm dia with 50mm x 50mm mesh including fixing of MS line wire / rod, flat iron & machine made hexagonal or square head bolts to fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : MS rod,and MS bolts will be measured and paid seperately as supplied only)

Supply only mild steel screw bolts n exc 12 mm dia machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends for fixing of chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description n exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in Soft/loose Soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying parking grade, heavy duty, anti skid floor tiles 10 mm thick of approved make in size 400 x 400mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) etc., complete all as specified and as directed. The tiles must conform to IS 15622 and IS 4457 standards.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & site / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and icnludign 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm stone graded aggregate as in coping at sides of paver blocks all as specified and directed.

M & L for stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and SS dash fasteners, SS bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or side of waist slab with suitable arrangement etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer incharge. (considered for railing on balcony/staircase portion at any position)
