Supply, fixing cutting , bending with all leads ,lifts and depths fixing in position reinforcement of any diameter , TMT Fe-500-D in sub structure as per relevant BIS specification and drawing . The rate shall include cost of all material including tying wire , binding wire, cover block, provision of stools, chairs, spacer bars, support bars, overlaps, labour, transportation, storing and all other incidental charges, tools & plants etc complete. ( Fe-500-D grade) include all costs as per clause No. 1600 & 2200 of MoRT&H Specification 5th revision 2013.

Providing, fixing and erecting 75 mm square steel pipe railing in 2 rows duly painted on medium weight steel channels (ISMC series) 100 mm x 50 mm, 1.2 metres high above ground, 2 m centre to centre, complete as per approved drawings as per MORT&H specification clause 808.

Providing and laying 600 mm thick compacted Granular Sub Base (GSB) of Grading-1 Table 400.1 complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 401

Providing and laying (65mm thick) wearing course comprising of 40mm thick asphalt concrete overlaid by 25mm thick mastic asphalt including cost of prime coat, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, all complete as per Technical Specifications Clauses 507,516 & Sub-clause 2702.1.2

Providing and fixing galvanized Drainage Spouts along with drain pipes complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 2705.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification clause 7.10.1.4 and item 2 of Appendix-6 of IRC:78-2200.

Providing weep holes in Reinforced concrete Box Structure end walls with 75 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clause 2706 and 2200.

Providing and fixing of Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thickcement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixtureof pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) :8.14.1.1 Red sand stone - Exposed face fine dressed with rough backing.8.14.1.1 70 mm thick. Providing and fixing of Stone work, plain in copings, cornices, string courses and plinth courses, upto 75 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. 7.32.1 Red sand stone (DSR 2018 7.32)

Providing and fixing of Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 11.26.1 25 mm thick (DSR 2018 11.26)

Providing and fixing stainless steel cramps of required size and shape for anchoring stone wall lining to the backing or securing adjacent stones in stone wall lining in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand), including making the necessary chases in stone and holes in walls wherever required.(DSR 2018 8.15)

Recovery items: The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing brick work, bituminous layer and granular layers have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) after approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under :- Good Bricks @ 4.00/Each
