SCHEDULE A BOQ

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and n exc 1.5 mtr wide and getting out in soft/ loose/hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 Cms thick after laying and testing of cable complete all as specified.

Removing of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Riddling Sand obtained from excavation for cable protection 8cm under the cable and 15cm above the cable in trench and get the thick layer of 18cm after ramming. Note :- In case sufficient sand not obtained from excavation, the required additional qty obtain from out side land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is deemed to be included.

M&L in replacement cable protection cover with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 2 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and armoured cable with copper conductor including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 4 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and armoured cable with copper conductor including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 6 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and armoured cable with copper conductor including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 5 pair 0.5sqmm PVC insulated and armoured communication cable with copper conductor including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance as required for all modernised infrastructure as described below under GE(AF) Sulur as follows:- (a) Servicing and repair/ maint/ replacement of defective components /spare parts of PLC based control panels including all accessories modem, antenna etc. installed at various pump houses, OHTs and Master control station for monitoring of water supply.

(b) Repair/maintenance by disconnecting connection for cleaning, lubricating, greasing for wear and tear complete servicing, refixing, lathing installing and commissioning of all motorised, solenoid valves, Pressure Switches, Ultrasonic and magnetic Level sensors etc complete as directed by Engineer-iniCharge.

(c) Servicing and maintenance /repair of defective components of PLC based control panels including all accessories, modem, antenna etc. installed at various locations for the monitoring of street light circuits.

(i) The scope of work under this item are given below:- a) OHT-10 Nos (b) Water Supply Panels-60 Nos (c) No of Pump house-5 Nos (d) No of Motor operated Valve-134 Nos (Approx) (e) Pressure Switch-20 Nos (f) Ultra Sonic Sensor-17 Nos

(ii) Any changes to the SCADA software, e.g. Changes in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys etc. (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC)

Note for item No.11 (a) The comprehenive maint/ repair shall be carried out through the authorised representative of the OEM only.

(b) Cost of labour element towards removing of unserviceable/ defective spare part and re-fixing the serviceable spare part shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. Supply only spare part shall be measured and paid seperately under the relevent item.

(c) Any other spare parts which have not covered in the relevent item given here in below but are required to make system in functional condition deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

(d) The unit quoted rate shall be inclusive of One Engineer/ Supervisor per day, Two Technician per day having minimum 05 years experience in SCADA system. Documentary proof of experience of engineer/ technician shall be produced to Enginner-in-Charge before commencement of work. If extra manpower is required for smooth functioning of above mentioned system, rate for same deemed to be inclusive in unit quoted rate.

(e) Service Engineer of OEM or authorised service centre shall visit at least once in every month and during major break down or as and when required for the inspection, servicing, repair, rectification of problem and submission of report.

(f) All the charges for the communications, i.e. 01 Nos broad band connection with static IP at Kalpa Pump House and GPRS enabled data cards used in all PLC based panel related to this scope of work deemed to be inclusive in the quoted unit rate.

(g) SCADA reports related to above mentioned system shall be mailed to Engineer-in-Charge/ concerned JE on weekly basis.

(h) All complaints related to unservicability/ break down of the system shall be attended with in 8 hours, if failed to rectify the system within the stipulated time, a penalty @ Rs. 500 per day will be deducted from the dues of the contractor.

(j) Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract.

(k) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

(l) The servicing of Motorised valve, PLC base control Panels, communication Panels, shall be done by authorized representative of the Manufacturer only. The technician shall submit a letter from the manufacturer as proof of his being a authorized representative of the manufacturer. The technician shall also submit a signed report on original letter head of the manufacturer that servicing has been carried out by him .

(m) Any changes to the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), e.g. Changes in ladder logic of programme, changes in operational timing, etc. (limited to the scope of work covered under this AMC) shall be carried out by authorized representative of the Manufacturer (OEM) of PLC based Panels only. The programmer shall submit a letter from the manufacturer as proof of his being an authorized representative of the manufacturer. The programmer shall also submit a signed report on original letter head of the manufacturer (OEM) that servicing has been carried out by him.

(n) Any changes to the SCADA software, e.g. Changes in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys etc. (limited to the scope of work covered under this AMC) shall be carried out by authorized representative of the Manufacturer of PLC based Panels only. Note for item No 49:- (a) The contractor shall employ round the clock one operator at CMDS centre having sound knowledge in complaint monitoring disposal system (CMDS) related software/ system.

(b) The operator shall be smart enough to deal with customers of MES regarding registration, lodging, assigning of complaint of user to concerned JEs, updation of jobs/ complaints after carried out by the contractor etc.

(c) Operator is responsible for compilation of user complaints in category wise like E&M, B&R & BS from different sources like manual registers, What'sApp groups, CMDS lodged entries, etc and forwarding of same to the concerned JE's on daily basis.

(d) Operator shall also be responsible to collect the completion/ update of work from concerned contractor/ JE and updation of job status in CMDS system.

(e) The operator shall submit lodged and compliance summary of complaints to the concerned AGE's/ BSO on regular weekly basis or as directed by GE.

(f) The cost of stationary, printer and cartridge required till the completion of the contract shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate .

(g) In case of any failure in functioning of CMDS or task mentioned in above Para (b), (c), (d) & (e), a penalty @ Rs 500/- per day will be deducted from the dues of the Contractor.

(h) Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract.

(j) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

S&F in replacement of star delta starter capacity of 3 to 5 HP submersible pump 3 phase 415 volt 50 Hz AC supply all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes, Centrifugally Cast [Spun], Class "K-7" for 100mm bore with Socket and Spigot ends conforming to IS - 8329 in standard lengths suitable for Push-On Rubber Gasket Jointing with inside Cement Mortar Lining and Black Bitumen external coating including taking down existing unserviceable pipe of any description and any size complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation earth work and DI special shall be measured separately.

M&L Removing of accumulated earth over water supply mains of any width and depth up to 30 cm. including cleaning/cutting the grass and removing the grass waste to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of following:- (a) Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground level. Useful material shall be stacked. (b) Cutting the grass/felling of trees shall include digging out roots up to 60 cm below the ground level or 14 cm below the formation level, whichever is lower. All holes and hollows formed in the ground digging out of roots shall be carefully filled up with moorum/red bajri well rammed and levelled.

Attending day to day water supply service related complaints like choking of rising main pipes of buildings, blockage in control valves/ float valves/ pipe fittings, arrest Leakage in any rising main/ roof etc, applying necessary engineering efforts like dismantle of pipes and fittings to clean and remove blocking objects, descaling of pipes, re-fixing of pipes on wall, etc to restore the proper flow of water to service tanks all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for above item No 99 :- (a) The contractor has to attend above mentioned job in any location of entire domestic and tech area of Air Force Stn Sulur.

(b) The service tanks are positioned on roof top of multi storied buildings upto four storey. Contractor is responsible to ensure that the labour employed should be equipped with safety items like industrial helmet, safety belt, extensible ladder of 40 feet length, plumbing and cuttings tools, etc.

(c) The cost of rethreading of GI pipes of 25mm dia and adding of new GI nipple of suitable length after rethreading is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(d) Due to shortage of water in the station, the repair work and testing required under this item need to be carried out during water supply distribution hours i.e. 5:30 AM to 7:30 AM. Nothing extra shall be permitted in this regard.

(e) The cost of repair to the damages of cemented surfaces/ external finishes/ metal clamps of rising pipes are also deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(f) In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 6 hrs after handing over routine/urgent complaints, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty as described in penalty clause given here as under.

(g) If the delay is more then 06 hrs period and the GE is not satisfied with the reason for delay then penalty at the rate of Rs 1000/- per job shall be deducted from the dues of the contractor. Please note that this penalty is exclusively other then the condition 56 of IAFW - 2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforce above as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptt.

(j) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

M&L Arrangement of Chemical and bacteriological analysis of drinking water by collecting samples from different sources like UG sumps/ user end taps/ bore wells/ open wells etc located in 12 km periphery, collection of samples in sterrilized laboratory bottles/ canes, transportation to authorised Govt laboratory to deposit the samples in stipulated time, including payment of fees, collection and submit of reports to the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as directed.

Note for item No 119 :- (a) Cost of transportations for collection of sterrilized bottles from laboratory, deposition of collected samples in stipulated time, report collection after completion of tests, payment of fees to the laboratory for each sample, etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The rate quoted is considered to be for each sample. (c) Sample from different sources to be taken as per time schedule directed by Engineer-in-Charge throughout the currency of the contract. (d) Payment will be made after submission of report from authorised Govt laboratroy only.

Cleaning of service tanks of the capacity as mentioned below on roof top of bldgs upto five storey after disconnection from inlet and outlet pipe, removing of float valve of service tank and keep aside safely for reuse drain out water through drain plug, cleaning thoroughly to remove all scales and dirt by brushing internal surface, cleaning properly inside with soda wash, flushing out with fresh water, re-positioning of tank at same place, re-connecting inlet and outlet pipes, closing of drain plug, re-installation of float valve duly cleaned, writing/ labelling the record of cleaning carried out with white bold letter such as "TANK CLEANED ON"--------- (month and year), including removing creepers, vegitation and roots of plants, trees branches on or surrounding of service tank complete all as directed. Note:-(i) Unit rate quoted is deemed to be included for testing of water supply in tank both inlet and outlet flow during next supply hours early in the morning or late in evening. (ii) Contractor shall maintain a pucca bound register for cleaning carried out with date and obtain users signature and remarks if any and this register to be submitted alongwith RAR. (iii) Contractor is liable to rectify any damages to the external finishes of the bldg occured during the cleaning process, i.e. scrubbing and touch up with external paints as existing specifications. Unit rate quoted is deemed too be included the cost of the same. (iv) All sort of petty T&P items such as ladder, safety equipment, nuts, bolts, washers etc. required to accomplish the job shall be provided by the contractor with out any extra cost to dept.
