Construction Solar Powered Standalone DW facility with Ordex System at Gwmw Bill AC 128531900 under the Award of 15th FC Tied Grant for the year 2025-26 during 2026-27.

Providing installation and commissioning of 150x150 mm dia DTW by Odex boring within the jurisdiction of different PHE divisions including including preparation of site for placing of drilling rig, air compressor, transportation of rig and ancillary equipments. Construction of temporary accommodation and low cost sanitary facility for drilling staff and providing water supply facilities at drilling site. Drilling of bore well by using drilling rig having ODEX system Extraction of drilling pipes / bits against skin friction at the end of each day and after completion of the operation including washing of the bore hole all complete as directed and lowering / sinking of well assembly including welding of pipe joints. Developing of the D.T.W. with air compressor, Make- Kirloskar / Cumins all complete as directed by the department.

Providing & fixing GI chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesg size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts bolts and washers as required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 16.70.2/made of GI wire of dia 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade.

Providing, installation and commissioning Solar Submersible pump (with different heads) with Power unit (Solar Modules), Controller, Module mounting Structure, Tracking (Manual Sun tracking system), 3 core cable, earthing, lighting protection, Civil work (excavation and installation of base for panels), miscellaneous accessories, Solar module cleaning system, all items conforming to relevant IS/IEC standards with warranty of 5 years and transportation to Guwahati, Assam for the following capacity as directed by department and subjected to SoPs, guidelines issued from department.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-incharge./ All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improvedurability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level

Providing and fixing hand roll of approved size welding etc.,including applying primimg coat of approved steel primer 10.26.3.GI Pipes.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : 4.3.1 :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

5.3.3 : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.
