Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm, depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with Limestone, sand stone, Flint or Quartzite, coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2.00 above but except materials.

M&L preparing unsurfaced/new water bound macadam by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 10kg per 10sqm over WBM surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade 30 (VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-12 ton power road roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweepijng with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat on black top surfaces with paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5.00Kg/10Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 30 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpet with 0.405 cum per 10 Sqm of stone chipping & mixed with 21.90 kg per 10 sqm of binder (paving bitumen VG-30) laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L liquid seal coat by applying paving bitumen of grade 30 (VG-30) @ 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 6.3 mm size stone chipping @ 0.09 cum per 10 Sqm & rolled to a uniformed smooth surface by 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar road stud 125 x 125 x 25 mm (shank 60 mm) with high efficiency mono crystal solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 watt with six super bright LEDs and one NiMh or Ni-Cd rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600 MA) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil for foundation etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random or polygonal rubble stone masonry/ walling, brought upto course, well bonded bedded & solidely hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with necessary clamps, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:3:6), type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in coping /parepet wall/bed plate /Kerb stone etc with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand packing using broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of retaining wall and raising or lowering to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including forming fair finished to drain, channel complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finshes, paving etc finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on block concrete masonry walls or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in thick as in soft/loose soils complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials(soils) to a distance exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path/steps, hardstanding finished the concrete surfaces even and rough to receive the topping layer or tiling with and including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations or as in base for inter-locking paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping /parepet wall/bed plate /Kerb stone etc with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Note 3:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
