Taking down mud/ cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces over 10 mm thick dubbing out on irregular surfaces of wall including finishing surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry/other than fair faces of brick surface finished rough to receive rough cast plaster as special finish 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

Glazed ceremic coloured tiles joint free of size 300 mm x 450 mm x 7 mm thick as in dados, skirting, wall etc set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1 : 4 complete all as specified.

40 mm thick second calss hardwood wooden flooring as in flooring & skirting planed one side with butt joints & fixed with nails including dismantling old boarding fixed in any position with nails complete all as specifiied.

3 mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified.

Preparation of new surface by applying emery paper & applying two coats of interior luxury emulsion (superior quality ) over two coats of primer. 5 mm thick superior quality looking mirror fixed to wall with stainless steel brass studs with bevelled edges complete all as specified.

52mm thick PVC Partition partly fixed & partly sliding consisting of 12mm thick plain solid PVC ply sheet reinforced with frame work made from 40mm x 20mm MS tubes. In between two MS tubes, 5mm thick Plain heat moulded 'C channel of size 75mmx50mm with feathered edges shall be fixed on the floor, wall and ceiling. Plastic ply opanel shall be inserted in the PVC 'C channel. The first & last MS tube shall be errected such that it is inside a PVC 'C channel, in between adjoining plastic panel, 5mm thick x75mm width plain PVC sheet feathered at edges shall be stick on the front & back face using solvent cement complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.
