REPAIRS MAINT TO 11 KV DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER HT PANEL AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT GE AF AWANTIPUR

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in soft/loose soil for laying of cables or other items and getting out complete all as specifed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed in a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of soil complete all as specified

Taking out burnt/unserviceable HT cable of any size from existing trench and keeping aside.

Supply laying and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored heavy duty 11000 Volts earthed grade with stranded aluminium conductor 120 Sqmm 3 core.

Supply laying and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored heavy duty 11000 Volts earthed grade with stranded aluminium conductor 240 Sqmm 3 core.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable all as specified.

Supply and laying brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat, size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm, all as specified directed

Taking out old rusted GI pipe and S&F tubing 'light grade' galvanised iron with all fittings and fixed to poles, walls etc. with flat iron clamps/bolts/nuts/washers or laid in floors/under roads complete all as specified and directed of size 100 mm bore.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor type termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and allied accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE/ PVC armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for staight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and allied accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE/ PVC armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120sqmm complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling air break gang operated switch vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for replacement and removal from site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing air break, gang operated switches ,11KV, triple pole,vertically mounted type, mechanically operated, mounted on mild steel channel with operating mechanism, worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 Amps with drop out fuse element of required capacity,GOD/switch having 100 MVA rating at 11 KV and 12 insulators suitable for 11 KV,50 C/s including mounting on HT poles, making neccesary electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of HT bush rod complete with HT bushing and bush rod of size (15-20)mm Ø comprising of the required nut along with check nut complete as per sample.

Material and labour for replacement of HT bush rod complete with HT bushing and bush rod of size 25mm Ø comprising of the required nut along with check nut complete as per sample.

Material and labour for replacement of LT bush rod complete with LT bushing and bush rod of size (20-25)mm Ø comprising of the required nut along with check nut complete as per sample.

Supply and fixing breather assembly complete with silica gel crystal impregnated with cobalt suitable for any model of transformer rating 50 to 160 KVA to air column of conservator tank complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description al as per Srl items No 17 here-in-before but for transformer rating 200 KVA upto 350 KVA complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and filling transformer oil of any approved make to top up with BDV not less than 50KV in electrode gap of 2.5mm in first tripping, having low viscosity for filling or replacing the old oil complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- SAVITA/power oil as per IS 335 of 1983 all as specified.

Taking proper shut down and disconnecting the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 160 KVA removing the lid/cover for inspection at site and to facilitate minor repairs after draining out the transformer oil reassembling the transformer refilling the transformer oil (new or old) installing, commissioning and testing at site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: All the parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately.

Description all as per Srl item No 21 here in before but for transformer of capacity exceeding 200 KVA to 500 KVA.

Taking proper shut down in writing and disconnecting the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 160 KVA removing the transformer from pole structure/platform shifting to authorised workshop after draining out the transformer oil at site, dismantling and disconnecting damaged HT/LT coils to facilitate necessary repairs, rewinding/reconditioning, changing of gasket & re-assembling the transformer bringing back to the site, refilling new or dehydrated old oil connecting with existing electrical system of HT and LT electric mains including testing complete, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :(i) Winding wire and other items mentioned in Sch ‘A’ will be measured and paid separately in respective schedule. (ii) Placing /removing standby transformer in the place of defective transformer under repair will be the responsibility of the contractor, including transportation and man power Standby transformer will be provided by the deptt

Description all as per Srl item No 23 here-in-before but transformer of capacity exceeding 200 KVA to 500 KVA.

Material and labour for rewinding of HT coil conforming to the original winding of the transformer of any make/capacity with super enamelled cooper wire/strip of appropriate gauge and turns including allied materials such as insulation, varnish etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rewinding of LT coil conforming to the original winding of the transformer of any make/capacity with super enamelled cooper wire/strip of appropriate gauge and turns including allied materials such as insulation, varnish etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Top gasket sheet made out of cork sheet with suitable GI bolts, nuts, washers for transformer top cover complete for transformer of any cap all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dehydration and Filteration of existing serviceable oil in the transformer till it acheive dielectric strenght not less then 35KV in first tripping after dehydration with minimum electrode gap 5mm using dehydration plant complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning the existing exposed surfaces of steel tubular pole 11 Metre long including cross arms, brackets, clamps etc including scraping the worn out paint and making the surface smooth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (aluminium shade), marking five black & white bands at lower portion of pole, each 300 mm wide alternatively including marking pole No. with yellow paint on black base at suitable height complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing of 33 KV VCB / 11KV VCB / bus coupler by dismantling cleaning greasing the complete VCB with attached relays bus bar etc insulation testing, setting the contact gap by measuring as required reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking and repairing the current circuit panel wiring, replacement of new spares as required complete including operational testing and comrnissioning all as directed. (Note : New spares will be measured and paid separately under relavent item of' this schedule)

Supply and fixing LED type indicating lamp fitting suitable for 24 /30 Volt DC complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Suply only gear system assy complete with handle for charging discharging of VCBs complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply only spring charging motor for VCBs complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
